Price and the staff. Everytime I needed help or asked for something they were super helpful and nice. Hotel WiFi was better than expected as well. Rooms are not serviced unless you ask - which for my long stay with lots of equipment I actually really liked this. If you're in a wheelchair, the accessibility options were 10/10 - evertyhing from handrails, tilted mirrors, and large dedicated carparks outside your room on the ground floor. Room was very dim, quite a large room which was great but really needs an additional cieling light. Problems with toilet however I was able to fix it without bothering staff. Bed on arrival was fresh linen but had a visible stain on it. Staff gave me replacement, I didn't complain because at the price I paid you can only ask so much. I'd definiately stay here again.

Not just the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, but probably the most disgusting place I’ve ever been inside. Stayed after a concert due to no other options. Next time we will just drive home if this is the only option.
