Dirty. Sheets were dirty with hair on them that definitely wasn’t mine and had stains. A/c unit was filthy and I was afraid to even turn it on. Cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

The gentleman at the front desk was so calm and nice as a few guests were rude. Tv control didn't match TV. Hard to use. Wish this Red Roof had the Continental breakfast

Staff were friendly, and the room was nice. The pillows and bedding were soft and not uncomfortable.

Very convenient location near U-Michigan North Campus and easy parking. Close to the supermarket and fast-food cafe. The hotel was really overpriced because we stayed during graduation weekend, when most other hotels in town were unavailable.

Some of the staff was OK, but there is an older guy at the reception who is sour to the point of rudeness. They allow pets and the noise is a problem. Rooms only have the thick curtains and is not possible to allow sunlight to come in as everybody sees you. It should be called Roof Roof Minus and not Red Roof Plus. I would understand $40/night but $80 (with taxes) is a rip-off. If you can't afford more, this is it, but if you have some self respect avoid it or don't travel.
