everything was great, esp staff!

Close to downtown and the waterfront The beds were so uncomfortable

When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop etc. I felt it was a little pricey.

One elevator didn’t work and the other elevator was unreliable. The restaurant is closed. The hallway and rooms feel more like a 1970’s Best Western - well worn and not without a musty odor. The HVAC in room 518 is either off or cooling the room to 65 degrees (nothing in the middle). It’s an older property and ,other than scraping it, I don’t know how you could correct all of the issues.

Definitely the view of the harbor from our room and how all the stores and restaurants were in walking distance

Valet was full had to park garage pretty far away as well as a poor check in experience

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary and planned to stay on May 9th and 10th. The first night in our room there was a leak that dripped all night and kept us awake. In the morning we found water pooling on the floor and clothes were soaked from a significant leak from the ceiling. The room had to be taken out of service and they had no available rooms for the 2 nd night since they were sold out. The manager told me we would be refunded and would handle contacting hotel.com. We’ve never gotten a refund or response when called or emailed. I would never stay again.

Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was extremely inconvenient & expensive. Had to tell frontdesk and housekeeping that room needed made. Had to go ti cart to get tissues replaced. Shower door handle fell off. My husband had to pseudo fix it.

After a long day of travel, we decided the same day to book a stay in Annapolis as a middle point in our road trip. The hotel was so beautiful from the outside and just as lovely inside. I complimented both of the main desk staff members at check in and check out, it was notable how friendly and accommodating they were! My 6 year old said to me “this place has really great vibes”. 😂 if you’re looking for a conveniently located hotel in Annapolis with a nice harbor view and warm coastal energy, this is your place!

Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel.

We were quite disappointed by the experience. We were supposed to get a room with a nice bay view but instead received a room with view obstructed by a boat literally outside our room and a large construction area. In addition, for the amount of money this hotel charges the property has literally no amenities, no bar, no onsite restaurant, nothing. Truly a disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
