Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection

Had a bay front room overlooking the bay. Had wine on the balcony watching dinghy’s up to large yachts coming and going. What a great time we had.

Upon check in they had our three person reservation assigned to a one bed king room even though it was booked as two queens and showed that on the confirmation. Ended up in a hearing impaired room. Mold in the shower. Housekeeping trying to clean room after 5 p.m. Elevetor worked most of the time.

The team missed a request for an accessible shower so the room wasn’t ready on time. Once we did get to the room, the shower was quite moldy - definitely needs a deep cleaning. Restaurants on site were great, but when we went offsite, we received the best recommendations from a local. Very convenient location - take the water taxi if you have the option!

We asked for early check-in, & were told we’d be contacted when the room was ready, but there was no follow-up contact. Our morning shower had no hot water so we washed quickly! We knew there was ongoing work with the water supply but didn’t expect cold showers. When we reported the issue at the front desk, we were graciously offered breakfast at the on-site restaurant. So glad we accepted! Food (& service & view) were excellent. We didn’t consider the restaurant previously because there was no evidence of it aside from a sign on the door. A posted menu could help. It’s a long walk down a cold hallway and we totally would have not considered it as a breakfast option. Definitely recommend eating at the restaurant!

Air conditioning did not work at the hotel, ended up having to leave and stay somewhere else for the night. Kept giving us the run around. They did comp the room for one night but should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Rooms were 90 degrees! Beautiful hotel, great location.

The location of the hotel was awesome along with our balcony view. However you should not have to pay an additional $50 per day to park your car especially since the garage up the street is Therefore the guests are getting pentalized to park at the hotel . Additionally the front desk women were rude and condescending

My husband and I was there over the weekend and we paid for a King room. They gave us a two double bedroom which was unacceptable. It was on top of the air conditioner unit so I think I should get a refund wasn’t a good site we left today and there was no hot water.

Balcony was great so was the view, hotel getting a little old needs some room cosmetics, location great

Top notch staff from the front desk, housekeeping and valet. My only real complaint was the early AM construction in the hallway. But all the workers were friendly and courteous to me passing by to get to the elevator.

Best place to stay on the harbor close to downtown. Great dock area with drinks and dining. Wonderful experience ⭐

Rooms are clean but smaller side for what they are charging due to building being older. Great location. Restaurants and bars on site are one of best spots to hang out so didn’t have to go far, they had 3rd fooor rooftop lounge and new restaurant on first floor. Another New Mexican restaurant on first floor also- all on the water with beautiful views.

If they place you in room 408, do yourself a favor and just leave. For the price you pay, the quality of our room was disgusting! First thing we noticed when we walked in…the water in the tub was running. We tried to stop it, the tub had a hole below the knob and no way to turn off the water. I asked the front desk twice to send maintenance, maintenance never came. Next, we noticed house keeping must have done the quickest clean of their lives or the bare minimum. The previous guest’s used towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Gross! And there was a white residue/cream, honestly who knows what it was, on the side of the bed. And for those with children, don’t stay here! The walls and doors are very thin. We heard every door slam shut. And of course we were right across from the ice machine room. I will not be staying there again.

Wonderful view of the water and bay. Convenient walk to downtown Annapolis and area. Room was impeccable.

When we checked in, on a humid 95 degree day, the staff lied to us and said that they were making a small adjustment and a/c was down but would be back up in an hour. Took our money, then, when we got to our room, a letter by the door said the a/c would not be fixed that day or night. Then, we found people in the lobby who said the a/c had been down for days. They just kept lying and taking people’s money on the false promise that the a/c would be running again “in an hour.” It wouldn’t even be safe staying in a room at those temperatures with no air or cooling, especially for the elderly or people’s pets. We have tried to stay at this hotel about three times over the last 10 years, and it has been a disaster every single time. We learned our lesson this time. Never again.

It was ok, for $300 a night it didn’t seem like it was worth it. The AC broke so we slept in an 80 degree room. But the staff was accommodating and comped us.

My room wasn’t ready until 4:45 and I was 1 of about ten guests whose room was not ready until at least 4:30.

The location of the property is great for Annapolis but for the amount of money you pay I would expect better. The room was a little dirty like the staff just ran through it. The bedside lamp was broke the air conditioner was a portable one that kept the room cool but was loud and obnoxious when trying to sleep. The toilet rocked and there was mold in the shower As for the amenities a waterfront property did not focus on the view leasing it out to two restaurants nothing for a guest to enjoy a view without spending $6.00 on eggs.
