Clean room missing a chair from the room and the tv looked like someone threw something at it there was a line in the middle picture would glitch out from time to time

One of my favorite hotels in the area! The front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable that I checked the mattress for the brand and realized it was made for the hotel. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 10 nights. Our first night, we were below a family with at least one child, who spent a lot of time running around and dropping things on the floor until about 1:30am. Every thud came through clearly. Our second night, the hotel was hosting some sort of nightclub event at the rooftop restaurant. There was no parking for hotel guests, just a $15 valet (parking is normally free and plentiful). The lobby and elevators were crowded. Our floor had partygoers slamming doors, yelling and whistling in the hallways. We could hear the music from the event FOUR FLOORS ABOVE US. The noise was even worse than the previous night, and went until 2am. The next few nights were mostly quiet (though we could still hear a few quiet conversations through the walls, people walking above us, things falling on the floor, etc), until one morning the room next door start playing loud music and shouting at 9am. In short, we won't be back. We've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one was far noisier than even some budget hotels. The rooftop event in particular was very disrespectful to the hotel guests.

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds and rooms! A+++

Comfortable, quiet, and a rooftop restaurant
-
The place was sold out, but it was one of the quietest hotels I've ever been to. I think I saw a total of eight people the whole time we were there, we were joking around, thinking that they were lying to us that it was sold out it was so quiet. Would have no problem recommending it. We're staying there again though. The place was really nice.

Perfect as always! Love it

It was a cute boutique hotel in an older building. The rooftop restaurant/bar has potential, but seems to be in progress. The food choices were good and the bartender was very nice.

Clean and quiet room. Use of transportation very nice

They have rooms right next to the elevator that they put us in. It is impossible to sleep with all of the noise all night long. It made or next day with kids not as relaxing as it should’ve been! They did switch us to another room the next day after going back and forth with them. They did not do anything about the pricing for the night before which is quite upsetting. It did not seem like they cared and will continue to book people in a room that is the same price as others knowing that it is that noisy. That is not right!

Wonderful room kind staff. The only issue i had was they told us there would be coffee and muffins at 6am and at 620 there were still none out.

Clean room. Nice place to stay.

Room was clean, hotel overall was nicely decorated and parking included were the best qualities but for the price, thin walls and location, it’s not worth it. Breakfast wasn’t included, original form of payment wasn’t accepted, had to request room to be made up.

Although it was unexpected in its location, the hotel was beautiful, and the amenities were top-notch. A great find, especially when traveling with a pet. Everyone was helpful and it was a great stopping place on our travels.
