Muliti-day stay... very clean with helpful and friendly staff. Housekeeping was very thorough, and overall a very pleasant stay. Cranberry muffins for breakfast, though? Ewwwwww!

The description on the hotel profile did not match the experience. There was no breakfast available, no restaurant was open, no room service and no turndown service. Coffee cart was available in the mornings. Coffee shop didn't offer much and didn't even have normal milk available. Room was nice but it could get quite loud from the hallway and noise from the roof top bar area. There is essentially minimal sound proofing and you can hear the neighbors. Overall, the experience was very poor compared to what was advertised.

Love this place the rooms are stunning, the TVS are massive and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Rooms and decor were lovely. Super nice touch with the high-end Dyson hair dryers. Very large tvs in room. Really enjoyed my two night stay.

The sound 0f people walking in the middle of the night echoed ,and we couldn't sleep well.
