This hotel is amazing. Have been staying here for the past 3 years and never disappoints me. Great price, location, clean , modern, new.

The Chez hotel looks beautiful on the outside but upon a closer look it is not so beautiful. A lot of the updates to the hotel are already showing wear, it is apparent that they were not trained to clean with the amount of crumbs on the floor and the hair on the shelves. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything from the people staying both above you and beside you. On some Saturdays you can hear the music from the beautiful rooftop lounge clearly on the second floor. We asked about ice machines and they said they turned them all off for noise complaints. Soundproofing and cleanliness should be the main focus of this hotel going forward.

Clean room and front desk staff were great when we got in late from cancelled flight!

The hotel is really nice and clean. Staff was really nice, the only problem I had was the mini fridge was so loud that it was very hard to get rest. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of having someone come in and check it, or possibly switching rooms. But other than that it was pretty good.

I did not expect this place to be as nice as it was, I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Chicago and looking for a very nice looking hotel to stay at. Everything was just beautiful. And very clean.

Beautiful hotel & pet friendly which is a plus!

The bookshelf wallpaper in the bathroom was very cool. The overall aesthetic of the hotel property and room was great. Very Instagram-friendly. The front desk worker was absolutely fabulous. Didn't catch her name but she was dressed in all-white (all-black the next morning). A warm welcome after 16 hours of traveling and a cancelled flight. The bathroom's barn door kept sliding open which triggered the lights and fan to go on. Very annoying to pop into the bathroom to eliminate the light and sound of the fan. The walls were very thin. I heard my neighboring guests in conversation and other activities as well as their TV blaring. The 24-hour cafe wasn't really a cafe but rather a small grab and go. Be warned - they do NOT offer hot chocolate. The young man in glasses at the front desk who answered my questions only in monosyllabic fashion. Do you have hot chocolate? No. What time is checkout? 11:00. What is included with free breakfast? That (pointing at the muffin cart).

Quite modern, “european” style hotel. Convenient shower. Technical noise from some machine, maybe external drier or air conditioner unit. Caused not just sound disruption but also light vibration you can feel when in bed. Was not easy to get asleep.

The room was amazing! Very high end. The ice machines did not work on any of the floors. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would bring me ice up to the room. This never happened. Would be great if there were microwaves and mini fridges but other than that, would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! We loved it!

The hotel is new and really nice. Wednesday on, there is a restaurant on the upper floor. I will definitely stay there again

I had to book this trip last minute after my flight was canceled. It’s about a 20 minute ride from O’Hare and it looks brand new. My room, my bathroom and the grounds were impeccable. While it’s not a five star resort , it has tasteful decor, a nice staff and a good rooftop bar/restaurant. The negatives were: it’s In a bit of an industrial area- not much within walking distance and the gym is very small and sad.

One of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on.
-
Very clean room with all the amenities we needed. Loved the Dyson hairdryer and the size of the room. Very comfortable bed as well. Staff was very polite and friendly. Would stay here again.
-
The restaurant was closed the night I stayed there and I had no car to find food. There was a party in that restaurant that blasted music until midnight just above my ceiling( I was on 3rd floor) which kept me awake. All in all a terrible experience.
-
Front desk staff were pleasant with great customer service. The hotel is beautiful with great finishing touches like Dyson hair dryers in the rooms. Would definitely stay again
