We had a bad checkin experience which really hate patronizing establishments that have incompetent front desk staff but anyway we did not let that stop us from enjoying ourselves while in Chicago. The biggest hit for us was the price, very affordable and the daily warm cookies 🍪 they were magnificent!!!!

Everything was clean and nice.

Room was clean. The staff were ok, not super friendly. First night, I forgot my toothpaste and I went to front desk to ask for some toothpaste, the lady in front wasn’t too thrilled about giving some toothpaste.

Elevators are fairly slow.

Pool is smaller than it looks in photo, but I got a nice dip the one night we were there. We were greeted nicely, with warm chocolate chip cookie (I got mine in morning instead) and efficiently. Shuttle to O’Hare left right on time and driver got us there well on time. Note: the shuttle leaves every two hours starting at 7 am. That worked for our flight — hope it works for yours.

I traveled with family to enjoy a weekend in Chicago. The rooms where clean and staff made sure everything was easy.

Clean, dated, nothing special.

It is a 4 star hotel and it wasn’t up to my expectations. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

the blackout curtains and the bedding (pillow, cover)....best night sleep i've had in ages! used the plug in the lamp base to charge my computer and the computer got so hot it wouldn't charge for a day!

our room that night and again at 2 AM in the morning we were told no other rooms were available. We were moved to another room the following day. As well as heard quest in nearby rooms complain of the same. The outside parking lot as well as the side entrance is in need of repair. There are multiple potholes. The side entrance, the stairs are cracked and there is no side railing other than the one coming up the steps. If someone was to lose their balance, there is nothing to stop them from falling a good 3 feet off to the side. Both the parking lot and side entrance is an accident waiting to happen. Bar area had people (not hotel guest) just hanging out on the couches watching a game. No drinks in their hands just hanging out. Several guests did question this since they were loud and obnoxious. The last time I stayed here the hotel was so much nicer cleaner and safe. This would not be a recommend Hotel. As a retired Hotel Reviewer, I would definitely fail this Hotel.

Love this hotel and will be back! Clean and friendly! Only things I wish they had was a place to do laundry in the building and a microwave in the room but neither of those things will stop me from staying here when I am visiting Chicago!

Staff was mostly friendly. The balcony was nice.
