Everything was good especially having the restaurant in the hotel

Kids and I stayed there for 3 nights. Really no complaints. Room was cleaned each day. Kids enjoyed pool. Downside no complimentary breakfast but they do have a restaurant connected to the hotel. cookies are delicious.

Rooms are small, no fridge in the rooms. Very old amenities. People who stay there were so loud till 4am. Couldn’t sleep at all. And I would expect better for the price.

It was no microwave in the room whatsoever. The refrigerator had food in it. I had to throw out myself. I was just unsatisfied and unhappy with the stay overall, there was no pull out bed and no table to eat whatsoever.

Room was not clean when we got in there- had to have them send housekeeping for the bathroom. The bedding was torn and kinda gross and old. Everything is old in the hotel. The elevators were a bit slow too. Parking was somewhat easy, but there was not enough handicap parking on this day, and we ended up parking at the restaurant next door. Breakfast was not included despite that being part of our search- it was an additional $17 per person for the breakfast buffet, but there’s a Denny’s next door. The cookie is still a nice and appreciated touch. But until this undergoes a major overhaul, I would not recommend. No one even wanted to shower because everything felt gross.

Great stay! Amenities were nice and the shuttle and extended parking were great!

Hotel clean and very friendly

Beds were ok , carpet had many stains, vinyl table top was half ripped off. Big chip on tub, In need of some major upgrades.

The room was exceptionally clean, but there was some peeling wallpaper on the wall in the bedroom. Breakfast was included so that was great, and I liked to see how they customised the menu to their guests. My only other note was the desk staff was definitely in need of support as there were some difficult clients and only one individual to work with the customers - there should be at least two available to help when there is a back up. they were very apologetic and nice, it just was likely frustrating for other customers.
