Due to weather delays, our connecting flight at O'Hare was missed and we stayed here for the night before our next flight could leave in the morning. It is convenient to the airport, quiet, clean, and a good place to be when the unexpected happens!

The room was not clean when I got into it. The bathtub and shower had mold and hair all over it. When I talked to the front desk person it took them until the next day to address it after a second discussion

This hotel needs its bathrooms completely overhauled, and the gym needs free weights. Our bathroom was so gross that we moved rooms, and when we went down to talk to the hotel attendant, they agreed that the hotel bathrooms were terrible. The room that we moved to also had a terrible bathroom, but we were able to deal with it for one night. On a positive note, the hotel desk attendants were incredibly gracious and the lobby smelled delightful. Parking was plentiful as well. This Comfort Inn needs to overhaul the bathrooms immediately, and that would increase its star rating.

Nice complimentary breakfast and good location

Clean and convenient , friendly and professional staff

The manager was welcoming The bedroom appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival. There were stains on the pillowcase, the sink and bathtub were not clean or well-presented, and the garbage can was already full. It was a disappointing first impression and not the level of cleanliness we expected.

Gym, free breakfast, friendly staff Requested room cleaning wasn’t done

Dirty, water damage, toiletries ripped from the disgusting bathroom walls, everything dusty and with random hairs, yellow stained toilet seat and sheets DISGUSTING. Left and stayed somewhere else. That’s after the second room they offered was no better. The one star is for the front desk staff that was very nice but they both agreed it was horrendous and would be equally upset. They said they have a house-keeping issue. Well that’s an understatement. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

- Close to shops and restaurants - Close to public transport (didn't use) - Not too far from downtown Chicago - Well regulated air conditioning - Well lit room - Room amenities, including a microwave - Marcel, the hotel manager was pleasant and made my stay enjoyable. - WiFi not available throughout the hotel - Weak to no WiFi in my room - One of the front desk staff was rude after complaining about my room card not being operational on one of the days during my stay (Sat 19th). I made three back and forth walks from my room on the 4th floor to the front desk.

Space of the room. Breakfast was good. Tight parking spaces. I didn't get enough sleep because I arrived late from work. I wanted at least 4 more hours to stay there I arrived at 2am check out was at 11am.

The next morning, the promised room was still not ready. Again, we were told a new room would be prepared and that our luggage would be moved for us. Later that evening, after returning to the hotel, Marcel informed us that the hotel was sold out and no room was available except one without a working TV. We chose to remain in our original room, but upon attempting to enter, our key did not work. A woman opened the door, revealing that someone else had been checked into our room. After Marcel made several calls, we learned that we had been moved to yet another room—one that smelled strongly of cigarettes. At this point, after multiple room issues, broken promises, and significant inconvenience, I requested to be checked out. We only slept in the hotel for one night, and the stay was filled with continuous problems. Given the repeated failures to provide a clean, available, and functional room, as well as the considerable disruption to our stay, I am requesting a full refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to a resolution.

Great staffs, good rooms. Very poor WiFi, bathtub need changes.

I was a little bit upset because I wanted to use a different card, which they let me do. They refunded the money to my card on Booking.com and took the money from a different card, but it was a little bit inconveniencing for me, and I think it wasn't supposed to happen

Staff was very helpful.

The ambiance was very nice in the lobby. Breakfast was very nice - warm food as well as cereals. The room I was given was very roomy. The bathroom had a light switch that came on automictically when walking into the bathroom. There was a similar light (by looks only) at the entrance to the room that did not come on unless pushed. I could not understand the automatic bathroom light and asked about it. I was told that a service person would look into it. Nope. I had to be sure to close my eyes when I entered the bathroom during the night and then turn the light off so that I wasn't blinded. Also, there were no curtains to block out the light. There were some "swags" at each corner of the window and a semi-opaque shade that did not block out light during the night. I could see, from the materials left on the window sill and where the first shade was installed, that there probably should have been another shade for darkening the room - see the photos that I am attaching. I was told that the hotel chain is going "minimalist". That shouldn't mean that rooms can't be darkened and bathroom lights should be automatic.

We keep calling about towels.

Location convenient, but bathroom tub had discoloring/stains/worn and should not be in a hotel. Soap dishes in tub had not been cleaned in awhile. Bathroom size very small. Room stale smelling.
