Sheets were soft Where to begin -it smelled like pot throughout, there we air fresheners plugged in to cover but smelled gross, there were people apparently living in the parking lot, the paint was chipped off in the bathroom and shower - gross

I liked the comforable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The friendly staff too. Great price but i know why. The room smelled of cigarette smoke .i would have preferred a room that didnt. I also realised why the blinds were permanantly down as the window of my room faced an office block. Parhaps ventian blinds would have been bettet for more natural light.

Chill staff Bathroom was not the cleanest

Entry doors were broken, room door didn’t close properly, room was Not clean. There were small hairs on every pillow except one, hair on the shower wall, towels were stained and looked dirty, and the shower amenities were knocked over as if no one cleaned the shower behind the last guest, or the room really, they just made up the bed. Also, the shower was worn down, chipped paint/glaze and all. Parking is also very tight…spaces aren’t properly mapped. I stayed for one night after landing at O’Hare at 1am. I would not recommend this hotel unless you too are in a bind and need something cheap.

Good location, good staff. The room was big but it had a large stain on the carpet and the shower was dirty and rusty.

Great location That my room was not clean due to remodeling

It would be good to double check a “clean room” before giving it to a guest. We had multiple small hairs between the toilet/ some weird stains.

Disappointing

My Credit Card was hacked a few weeks before the stay. Therefore the card that was on file was flagged. The owner refused to run the new card which had plenty of funds on it. He told me I would have to pay the room in cash plus and additional $100 in cash for a security deposit. If he had run the card it would not be an issue. I was not giving a stranger $100 cash with the chance it would be blamed for something that would indicate I would not get it back. I was ok paying cash up front for the room. Cash security deposit is not cool!!

Clean , professional overall great nights rest. Good breakfast and coffee

No emptying of trash from the room, no clean towels on our last day (had to go to front desk to get them on other days), no shower gel (0nly shampoo and conditioner, which was free-standing on the tub.). The tub harbored water on the bottom, so you had to step in cold water to take a shower. We were told that the hotel was under renovation, but didn’t see anybody working on it. The best thing was the breakfast. I will not be staying again.

The place was good, staff was not very helpful; they assigned us a room which did not have a functional window blinds; then gave us a new room which was not ready and that was not addressed till we left. We complained there was an off smell, nothing was done about it. Someone else was assigned our room. Multiple small issues which we expressed but we were told to bring these concerns to the manager. No one approached us, discussed it qny concern.
