Every single time I had to go to the front desk, I had to wait a minimum of five minutes more like 10 to a human body appeared. The room was rundown and overall seem dirty to me.

Rooms were not clean and had mold

The one drawback I would advise to others is the rather deplorable condition of the bathtubs. I was in 2 different rooms for my stay. Both had bathtubs that were in need of replacing. Worn finish, black marks - just very ugly. They actually looked dirty but it was the worn condition of the tubs.

Some of the fixtures looked new and the bed was clean and comfortable.

The t.v. in the room wouldn't turn on so the manager had to come up and plug things in correctly. Apparently, they have a problem with kids plugging their game devices in and then not reconnecting the t.v. correctly before they leave. There are no bars or hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. The bathroom needs a shower gel dispenser. One small disk of soap for both hands and showering is not enough. The window blind only offers either complete darkness or no privacy at all. The window needs a sheer curtain. There were no disinfecting wipes in the dispenser in the exercise room. The stairwells were in desperate need of vacuuming. There was a towel tucked into a door leading outside so that anyone could enter which is a security risk. I appreciate the attempt at conserving electricity by installing the auto sensor switch as you enter the guest room, but if you wake up in the middle of the night and want to turn the t.v. on for awhile you have to get up, walk to the door and switch on the lights (which can be blinding when you've been asleep for awhile.) The shower is in need of renovation - either paint or tile the walls as they look very bad. The bed was comfortable and the hotel location was convenient.

When we arrived, there were a bunch of people outside and lounging around the lobby, kids running around the parking lot barefoot. We checked into our rooms and one had a stained comforter, the filthiest floor I've ever seen in a hotel room, The shower was grimy, and surfaces had clear handprints on them. The other room had a shower that was completely unusable because the tub was flaking apart, the sheets were threadbare, and the room was dirty. The hotel reeked of air freshener and weed. The people in the parking lot were blasting music. When I walked into the hotel at 9:30 PM with my mom who uses a cane to walk and was leaning heavily on me, we were followed by a man down the elevator hallway who backed up once he realized there were 2 other people holding the elevator for us, he clearly had malintent. We felt unsafe and grossed out at this hotel.

Also, the bathroom door was so warped it didn't close. The bathtub was so old and stained it really needed to be replaced. I was pretty shocked how shabby the room was.

The booked room was not available even though i checked in 2 hours later after the check in time. The receptionist response was rude and they asked me to wait for 30 more minutes if i would like to get the same room i booked. My room was downgraded however i was charged the same amount. Later manager came to apologize but that did not help. Overall cleanliness was very bad. The carpet, the restroom everything appears to be not cleaned

Why did not the manager do something about repair and replace bathtub ?

It was a decent room, they let me check in early (based on availability) and stayed 30 mins extra as late check out. The room had a bit of imperfections but for the price it was a good hotel
