Red Roof Inn Chicago-O'Hare Airport/ Arlington Hts

The room was infested with roaches, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and was not working properly. Had to check out early due to reserved à non smoking and got a smoking room.

Good for the price. Clean and quiet.

I love this motel that I'm totally satisfied.

Don’t like it, all other hotels were fully booked Dirty from bathroom to bed linens. Not able to sleep at all because of the room smells cigarette smoke

The receptionist was nice. There was a hair on the ground, roach and something orange on the floor in the bathtub and the room smelled like cigarette smoke we was in there for probably max 3 minutes to decide what to do as it was a bit far to get home and we were all tired but decided to leave because we didn't want a roach to hitch a ride and start an infestation at our home so we gave back the card and told them they had roaches tried booking.com to get my money back didnt know where refund button was hit cancel reservation because its the closest I could find and they said they'd contact red roof inn to see if they would give the money back ended up not getting a refund.

Nothing. It was not a place I would recommend. It was absolutely disgusting. I only stayed one night. The first room I got, 263, the AC was not working and there was a bad smell. They switched my room to 234. The TV didn't work, the toilet seat was broken, there was another bad smell in the room, and the sheets looked like they were stained and hadn't been changed in weeks. The staff was not very helpful. Even changing the room seemed like a hassle to them, not that the room change helped. I've stayed in motels on Lincoln Ave in Chicago that were in better shape than this place. Again, it was disgusting. I'm still waiting for a refund!

Facility in need of repair - too many broken things to mention them all. Service- No cleaning, no garbage pickup, no refilling of supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. We stayed for 7 nights, so we ran out of everything.

It’s close to public transportation so it’s easy to get into the city. The AC worked but was janky, none of the buttons worked so you had to unplug it to turn it off. It was somewhat clean, but still had its dirty spots. The room fits the amount you pay for it.

Pleasant

The location was decent The room was disgusting. Dirt, bugs, gnats, even the lamp shades were dirty. And I'm fairly sure there was poop on the bathroom wall. The mattress was so old the springs would pop. Police were there twice within 12 hours, so we didn't feel safe. We were checked in for just minutes when a couple knocked on the door demanding to know where the guy was that had been staying in the room.

Location Could not get new towels before 10 and after 5. 2”work was 8-7pm so it was a pain
