Arlington Court Suites, a Clarion Collection Hotel

Hotel was nice but was also old. The $20 a night parking should be included in the room charge at the front of the room purchase. No option to park anywhere else so you are tied to having to pay for the parking if you drive there.

Nice place, near to Court House Metro Station, perfect to plan your trip using it.

I just wish that the property could be renovated as the decor is pretty much like in the 1970s but that is just a minor inconvenience because you cannot beat the rates on this property considering the excellent location where it is at.

I rented a one bedroom suite for myself and family arriving for my father's Military burial at Arlington National Cemetery. For the price and the space, it can't be beat. The hotel is dated, but still clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space with a large sitting room, sofa, and long table with chairs. We liked having the full kitchen to keep drinks and prepared food that we ordered for after the service. The bedroom had 2 queen beds that were comfortable. The free breakfast is outstanding. Go early. It gets busy. The staff were very kind and accommodating, especially given the circumstances. The metro and restaurants are within walking distance just up the hill, and it is very easy to get to Arlington National. This hotel and location took the stress out of an otherwise stressful visit. There is only one bathroom. It would be nice to get rid of the old sofa, which is a bit sunken in, and put in a nicer sofa bed.

I used to love this hotel because it was very spacious, offered breakfast, and was surrounded by several attractions of entertainment. The room was dirty once moved furniture, drawers missing handles, sink clogged, broken door handles, dirty walls, beds are hard & uncomfortable, and staff is very rude & come off threatening on policies not explained in advance. Then they threatened to take security deposit saying i broke fire policies inwhich I didn't. Last I call day before for late checkout at 12 only to get visit next morning saying we had to be gone by 11:30 & got several visit reminding us to checkout room.

We had a good trip. The hotel was clean and the workout room was nice and big. The decor was more old fashioned than I thought it would be. Could use an update! Complementary breakfast was good with a lot of variety!

I liked that the hotel was close to the Metro & the room was large with a microwave & fridge. Most of the staff was very polite. When I walked into our first room, alone (I’m a woman), a man was already in there. Scared the crud out of me & left me very uncomfortable because I’m unclear what he was doing. He was polite and left fairly quickly, but definitely unwelcome & made me feel very unsafe. The 1st room appeared to have a bed made up with dirty sheets. The rooms smelled. Our replacement room was better but it’s clear NONE of the rooms have been deep cleaned or touched up in YEARS. I felt compelled to sanitize everything. Our shower only dribbled water so we took a cold shower w/ very little water our first night. I appreciated they did replace the shower head the next day. In a hotel of hundreds of people, they had only 1 working ice maker. The in-room freezer was disabled. 1 elevator appeared to be perpetually broken. I don’t think we’ll be back.

The room was big, had a fridge for food we brought It was very hot in the hotel for some reason, and we never got the room actually cleaned. We left for the day at 1030 but I think a cleaner could have gone back at least 1 time

Paid for a double queen bed suite. Beds were full beds on queen bed frames. Bathroom shower was had mildew everywhere. Location is great but this missed the mark.

The Location, Friendly staff, and the kitchen in the room The faucets in the kitchen, and bathroom were all old/loose. The was constant noise from the AC/Heat vent, even though it was turned off which made it difficult to sleep. Room was switched without a noticeable change.

No comment really I was not please with the property. Needs updating to much smoke on the property my lungs were on fire from all the guest smoking. They charge 150 security deposit I checked on a Saturday it’s 6 days later still no deposit back!

Breakfast was good. It was quiet for those who want to rest or nap at anytime. House keeping rules were not kept. Posted notes say that rooms will be cleaned every 3 days but not. We have to ask for room service on the 5th day of our stay.
