Hilton Garden Inn Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

We visited this property over the chaotic 4th Of July weekend. However, this property felt like home. Friendly staff, willing to help and make things right for you. We enjoyed the breakfast on both days and the young servers were very polite and courteous to the visitors. Definitely recommend staying here if you need to visit Washington DC.

Easy to walk to the Metro Station or restaurants, grocery stores. Would stay there again.

The Location of this place is excellent! Super quick and easy walk to the metro. On site parking available. Lots of restaurants to choose from, we chose Ragtime again and again LOL. The hotel does have a gym, no swimming pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner offered. We saw many people taking advantage of the inside bar having a drink or some wine. Staff was so nice and happy very helpful and said hello every time we passed coming or going.

The AC was broken in lobby/restaurant which made the restaurant too hot to utilize.

Initially, was placed on a room facing directly to dumping site and a thick wall. First impression, opening the window blind I thought I am in prison or a dumpster. Which was inappropriate. Then, went to the same receptionist that checked me in, and changed the room to a better one.

Super friendly staff at the desk. Clean room. They only service the room every other day but if you need anything you can ask. Gym was also very clean. They have a bar & food area offering breakfast for an additional charge. Location is walkable to so many restaurants. My only complaint is $30/day to park. Last hotel I stayed in was only $15 but if that’s my only complaint I’m ok with that!

I was greeted by I Komang Krisna who was so very helpful and professional. When I reached out because my microwave wasn't working, they had someone up at my room with a new one in less than 5 minutes! Great service!

Will definitely stay here again

Property was located a central location for what we needed. Walkable to places to eat. Even a Farmers Market on the weekend.

Breakfast is always a plus and the cooks at the omelette bar were fantastic. Very nice and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful, since as a cycling team (Modern Adventure Pro Cycling) in town for the National Championships, we had some special requests due to being such a large group. One of the three elevators didn't work for my entire stay (9 nights). I was on the 9th floor and that created some long wait times which was inconvenient at times do to the amount of people that stay at this hotel.

Location and team was genuinely friendly Cost was a bit above average given other hotels within the area (Eg. Hyatt) was going for $100 less than the rate I paid for the same night.

The room was very clean. The surrounding area is nice and has a great bar & grill next to the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I am very happy with my stay. I got an early check in, I asked for a room with a tub and was given one. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean. Very happy

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in for years. The room was beautiful, the staff was terrific and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Parking was convenient and easily accessable.

The room was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The lobby was spacious enough to hang out in. Bathroom was spacious too. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the air con was very loud and you couldn't make the fan stay on to keep the noise from fluctuating.
