My room was very dirty and the AC unit was so loud making a clunking noise all night off and on. There were dirty towels in the elevator as well. I was pretty miserable this hotel stay and did not enjoy it. I tried to stay away from the hotel as much as possible.

We really loved our stay here. The staff was pleasant, rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for our family vacation to DC. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel and there were food options nearby. We could walk to the metro and didnt have to do much driving. Just all around a good experience.

Excellent staff and clean rooms

The hotel was in a great location. When I arrived to I do the check in at 9:30 pm. the room wasn’t ready. I clearly asked in the reservation for two beds since I was traveling with my nephew. I got a room with one bed. At 11 pm when we were already sleeping the administration called my room asking me for my credit card number !!!! Why they couldn’t wait for the very next morning to do that??? When I talk to the manager about all these irregularities he never apologized and instead he keeped defending the bad service as it was the most wonderful thing ever happened to me.

Parking is available in the basement, and numerous eateries are within easy walking distance. The Courthouse Metro station sits right next to the AMC Theater, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean.

i rented two rooms for one night for a burial at ANC (about 2 miles away). they were large and clean. water pressure is a big thing for me and it was excellent. staff was very, very nice and accomidating. took a walk around the are, very nice area.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, and the lobby worked well as a gathering place for our group. We were within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Great location.
