We were surprised at the unannounced occupancy based rate increases.- graduated to nearly double of the original quote.

Location- near metro and shops, staff, room size and comfort. The rooms should have been cleaned every day. It was done 3 times in our 7 nights stay.

Clean with kitchenette, full fridge and comfortable bed. You can't beat the location, courthouse has shops and places to eat and is relatively quiet, metro is a short walk and your minutes from downtown DC. Full breakfast buffet is a plus, always stay here when traveling to Arlington, DC area.

It's a nice place, mostly if someone likes to stay at city and at the same time you can got lot's of restaurants and hangout please and also peaceful too.

Parking is an issue in this hotel, even if you pay for parking the space is limited and if you get there late at night there are no parking spots.

Great location, close to a Metro stop, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast with large lobby area for working or meeting with a small group.

I went to DC to attend the burial at Arlington of my oldest friend and USN fellow Navy Nurse. The location of this residence Inn was perfect...close to Reagan Airport, and 1.3 miles from Arlington. The room was spotless, and comfortable. There were 2 of us staying there. I took the sleeper sofa and my friend had the ? King sized bed. Both were very comfortable. My only negative was the sofa bed wasnt made. We founds clean sheets in the dresser, but the blanket was VERY small ( maybe twin size?) and extremely thin. I asked for an additional blanket and the front desk sent up another tiny thin blanket. If you ever see this review, Marriot, PLEASE switch to larger, thicker blankets. Air conditioning is very cold, and necessary in this heat. Another plus of the location is the many restaurants within easy walking distance. VERY thin , small blanket for the sleeper sofa...too small to even tuck in. And too thin to keep me warm in the aircon.

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the hot tub in the pool area was not working properly and the bubbles were not functioning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Location, decent breakfast, nice staff. Horrible pillows and thin and tough sheets.

Awesome hotel.

This is our go to when we come in for the Race For Hope DC. This was our third year at this hotel. Conveniently located, and can walk to area restaurants. Hot tub and pool are a big plus.
