Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

.

The BEST hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Great, friendly staff. Made everything super easy, check in, parking garage, etc. Clean rooms and hallways

It was a nice stay.

Easy walking distance to the Metro lines to the National Mall.

Everything’s great staff was wonderful. I forgot the ladies name that worked the Night Shift at the front desk when I got in on the 24th I came in for an event representing the loss of My Son with other parents. She was so kind and nice to me and the other lady I came in town with we stayed in room 707 from the Thursday to that Sunday. I just wanted to tell that lady I really appreciate her kindness and warmth and you need more staff like her thank you so very much.

Tv remote didn’t work. Had to ask the front desk how to call the lobby. Bathroom trash cover extremely worn. Breakfast just so so not very hot.

Not enough coffee Parking good but expensive Fresh towels Nice staff

Checkin was way too long. I was being charged once more because we arrived after midnight.

That small detail will leave customers feeling good and show that Hyatt cares about their experience.

Great location , but just so so stay. Had terrible tv reception, slow housekeeping delivery, crappy air conditioning- had to switch rooms because it quit working and the new room was inconsistent and loud. Overall staff at the front were helpful and did the best they could. Get cafes nearby and perfect access to metro, nice area.

The staff at this hotel are great and very helpful! This is always my go-to hotel when I visit Arlington.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff were very friendly and hard working. The front desk service was below average. We had to wait for 10 minutes or so for someone to show up at the front desk. The bar tender didn’t show up for work, so the advertised happy hour never happened. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and it’s a nice neighborhood. Worth staying overall.

Always a clean hotel, friendly staff & our go to hotel when we visit our daughter.

The staff service was excellent! They are accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and everything was good. The location is excellent and close to the metro. Highly recommend.

The one and buggest complain i have is their shower head is not good enough. You can pee faster than their shower head ! Everything else is great ! I need good shower head and with decent amount of water . If you dont want to take bath , stay here ! If you dont fix it , you will close this property soon !

Very good overall. Only complaint would be I couldn’t lower the A/C below 67

Very clean hotel with excellent friendly caring staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay again, this is my second time staying and intend to stay again very soon. It’s very conveniently located to the metro, coffee shops and great restaurants.

Great location for our needs. The staff is always very nice and breakfast is good.

Good location near restaurants and Metro station. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Helpful staff.
