Would like to have breakfast till 10am instead of 9:30. 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee instead of what was available and a better brand of bacon.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The front desk staffs were great. Jesse was extraordinary and made our kids ( and us) feel welcomed! He took them to the hot chocolate area and even offered them so.e goodies to keep them busy and entertained! Jesse definitely made out stay pleasant. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good too with options for kids. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

The property was advertised as being in Pismo Beach it was in Arroyo Grande about 3 miles from Pismo so you had to drive to Pismo and then find parking in a very busy area. False advertising. Property was very run down. We had a big stain on the carpet and our room was not serviced on one of the days we stayed. Had to order fresh towels from room service. Electric plugs were broken and the shower door would not open because it was corroded. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room decor is rather dated. The bed was very comfortable, however. The breakfast set-up and offering was great!

We chose this hotel based on the photos and the reviews of other customers. And they were right! It is a very nice, nostalgic, western themed hotel. We loved the decor and the old school boutique motel style. If you get there late in the evening, please be advised that finding a place to park is tricky as the parking lot gets very full, especially during peak tourism season.

Great place to stay if you wanna stay away from the busy area of pismo beach. The pool is great and there is Walmart near buy and good restaurants as well great place to stay.
