Great value, clean and roomy. Only complaints were following: no glasses/ cups in room, very loud A/C (even on lowest setting), no towel hangers in vanity area, coffee in lobby does not start until 7 AM, and thin walls (neighbors loud until midnight). But, better than average.

Bathroom area was clean. Had to do a little hunting to find the blow dryer. Should’ve been just mounted to the wall. It did not get hot at all. More like lukewarm. Bed was comfortable there was a big gap around the door where you could see the sunlight from the outside. But be aware there is no coffee pot or machine in the room. No bath soap, they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash bottles mounted to the wall in the shower. Which is unsafe to me. Who knows what people put in those bottles. No iron in the rooms. Or luggage rack.

Good location to stay for a quick overnight stop. Room was clean but very basic. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was good , room was clean and fresh we had plenty of parking and check in was very easy. It was our 4th time to stay there.

Clean but getting a little run down since we’ve been staying there a couple times a year for 2 years now. It’s easy off the freeway and staff friendly.

There were No pool towels, Room was clean and efficient. Phone line did not plug correctly into the handset. Received an email to contact hotel if we needed assistance, did not work.

Dude at the front counter was bubbly made me feel welcomed and made sure if I needed anything to let him know.

The hotel property was clean and situated in a great location, Lots of restaurants and stores within minutes. About a five minute drive to Pismo Beach. The staff was very friendly. Room was spacious. I would stay here again.

Loved being able to bring our dog. Pet deposit was reasonable. Pool and hot tub were great!
