Very bad customer service very combative and very defensive when we complained. We had noise from above room and front desk there is nothing they can do if they don’t hear anything. The noise started 10pm on a Friday, and did not stop until after 11pm (someone running back and forth) Front desk wanted us to record the noise and we did, but front desk that he could not do anything. Then, the “house keeping” stated we had a don’t disturb and it was not place on the door…the bathroom was not clean and had been filthy even when we checked in. We asked at 11am if they could come back and the did not .

Ants in the bathroom. Chirping in hall all day and all night. Advised staff. No remedy..

The hotel rooms are very clean. The staff provide friendly service, parking is convenient and free of charge, and the air‑conditioning works perfectly.

Room was comfortable with nice amenities - refrigerator, microwave and ironing board. Breakfast was very nice and had a lot of options. Pool/Jacuzzi was clean and well maintained. Can't really think of anything that I didn't like about my hotel stay.
