Hampton Inn & Suites Arroyo Grande/Pismo Beach Area, CA

Hotel was not as clean and maintained as most Hampton Inn. Very disappointing.

The room was clean and loved the hot breakfast ! Close to restaurants. One thing I didn’t like was the noise above our floor. It felt like kids were running around the floor. I hear footsteps all the time and it was kind of annoying. Other than that , everything else was good.

The bed was too hard, the pillows too flat, toilet too low, and the room did not have enough trash cans. The free breakfast was very good and having hot beverages in the lobby 24/7 was very nice.

Great place to stay - friendly staff, comfy beds, clean rooms and property, yummy breakfast, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Plenty of parking and good coffee.

The plumbing in the room barely worked, so we had to use the bathroom in the hallway. Our room was situated under the breakfast room, and the banging around lasted until after 11pm and started at 6am every morning. Other guests on our floor had the same complaint. The staff was uninterested in doing anything about any of it. Won't be staying here again.

Good breakfast. In the evening I could come down to grab a cup of tea. The room provide mini refrigerator and microwave which we can warm up take out dinner. Location is by hwy 101. Take approximately ten minutes from hotel to Grover Beach and Pismo Beach.

Shower water never got hot. I had to take a barely warm shower. Last time i stayed at this location i had the same issue.

Properly was clean and location fit our needs on the one night trip. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff was very accommodating helped even though they were busy with their everyday job To be honest breakfast could be better ive been to many traveling accommodations and the food was better at a low end mom and pop inn but other than that it was amazing

Location The room was very humid, loud AC and the carpets need to be clean in the room. Very damp and sticky☹️

Ease of location and friendly staff Water in shower would never get hot. And air conditioning did not work properly. Room was hot they fixed it and it went back to the same way a few hours later.

Door locks malfunction constantly. Can’t get into room. According to staff remodel is coming this summer. Can’t be soon enough.

The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and appeared worn, contributing further to a poor night’s sleep. Overall, the combination of noise, cleanliness concerns, and poor bed quality negatively impacted our experience. I expressed my concerns at checkout, and they seemed unwilling to resolve the issue due to it being a prepaid reservation. I also tried to resolve the issue through Expedia and was not successful. Avoid having a similar problem and avoid this establishment all together!!

Lamp shade need to be replaced, broken. Air conditioning unit was making a loud snapping noise. Floor below air conditioning unit was wet. Minor things, but still needs attention.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. We have stayed here several times while visiting the area and will continue to do so on future visits.
