Disappointing

The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly! The overall maintenance could have been better. The bathroom sink drain was slow and the door was difficult to open and close.

Bad

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pillowcases did have stains on them and when asked if they can be changed out, they were very helpful and changed them for us. Breakfast was great, as always. Our only real complaint is that they put us in an adjoining room with a family we don't know and they were loud at night and in the morning.

I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn. It was conveniently located and was very reasonably quiet. Price was good compared to options. Staff was very good. I especially appreciate Kade during check in.

The room was not very clean and the door would not close properly. The front desk girl was rude and not very friendly. Definitely not going to stay there again.
