Room could have been cleaner.

Roaches in the room . Then room no shower

Room was clean but it could have been better, I went to grt coffee in the lobby but they went to do something else and left the coffee maker in the middle of brewing, I left to get it somewhere else. I asked for room cleaning when checking in but rhey never went to clean it.

The place was dirty !!

It was a clean room; we will go back again if we travel that way again
-
Room was cleaned with no distinct odors. Staff was friendly. Would consider staying again in the future.
-
Clean room, nice pool, plenty of parking. Feels like a safe area to stay in with very close gas, coffee, and breakfast.
-
Only stayed one night. Room had wall patches and was not clean.
-
Not that happy this time around. They put us in the room next to the biggest pile of trash and had cockroaches come in the room in the middle of the night and was way to tired to call front desk to have them try to do anything.
-
It was exactly what they advertised it was
-
I liked the balcony/patio area and the overall look of the room. We had to switch rooms in the middle of our stay due to bad smell and bugs but other than that it was fine. Staff was helpful. Parking was easy.

Great location to food and highway. Comfortable place to stay and the staff are nice.

The Aloha Inn was clean enough and the renovations were nice. However communication is non-existent regarding the "resort fee" - so that was a surprise at $54.00 per room and I resent not being informed prior to booking. A resort fee for only a pool amenity is pushing the definition of a resort!! Communication was also lacking and if found, conflicting, regarding whether or not a coffee maker was in the room. I will not be staying at this hotel next time I visit Arroyo Grande.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for the four of us. The location was excellent—just a quick 5-minute drive from the Pismo Beach Pier while still being in a quiet, safe area. It was the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring the Central Coast. Everything was well maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Won’t stay again, this place needs some serious upgrades and maintenance.
