Aloha Inn

Location was perfect for our trip. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and made an easy and fast check in/check out process. Only issue was some loud noise coming from outside in the morning while we were trying to sleep and upstairs neighbor was loud. Walls seemed thin.

The room during our stay during the July 4th weekend (which had inflated prices) had several issues - Fridge didn’t work well, causing our stored food to spoil. AC rattled during the night. The bathroom door also had an issue opening properly. We only stayed one night or we would have asked to switch rooms. Still waiting for word from the manager about reimbursement for our inconvenience.

Older property but very clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. The louder wall unit was a great white noise machine and the bed was comfy so we had some of the best hotel sleep ever!

Room was clean, parking was good. Staff was helpful. Only thing is property is right next to freeway and traffic noise was annoying at times.

Aloha Inn is a good deal for the price. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is friendly. Yet he room was very comfortable.

Live bugs in the room and dead ones in the refrigerator. I left early.

After being confronted by a crackhead on the balcony we then had people upstairs fighting all night we were gone hours before checkout

Close to everything I needed to be to To close to the freeway and no nice view cause my room balcony was facing the freeway

The room was very clean the staff very friendly closer to restaurants

The price was good but was very dirty and had bugs The facility was very dirty. My daughter found a complication in her bed and couldn’t sleep in the room.

I liked that it was close to the freeway The rooms were very dirty. There was old food stuck to multiple surfaces

We liked the value and location. Room needs a good cleaning.

When I entered my room it looked and smelled clean. When I opened one of the drawers there were dirty clothes left from the previous guest. One of my earrings fell under the bed, big mistake. Under the bed was super dirty, dust, unclean and trash as to candy wrappers and a jar of cream. Discussing!

We'd booked a non-smoking room. It's unclear if we got one because the one we got reeked of smoking.

It was hard to find the staff at the front desk for assistance about the room after checked in. My family booked 3 rooms in 2 nights for my son’s graduation at Cal Polytechnic, even the prices extremely high. But the fridges not working at all.

Location great, room comfortable and bed comfortable Tv had issues problem with screen, shower not cleaned properly, toilet to low and the only staff face to face contact was at check in. No phone in room to contact desk

We would definitely NOT recommend or stay again.

Spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Well worth the cost.

Nice clean surroundings neighborhood, right next to the freeway aswell. Overall a good family spot .
