This is our second stay at Agrarian Hotel in Arroyo Grand. A cute town with pleasantness and courtesy. Close to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. Enjoyed our stay.

What a special property! Loved our suite with giant jacuzzi tub and spacious living/bedroom area. Happy hour was nice with a great selection wines and beers. Very clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel was comfortable. very clean. The coffee machine was super nice making you specialty drinks. there were Tesla chargers on site. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side was the front desk team did not seem very professional.

My husband, myself and our small dog had a short 2 night getaway to the coast. One of our favorite places is Arroyo Grande. We were so happy to find this gem right in The Village. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the property is well kept. They offer a good hot self serve breakfast which was good. They also have a happy hour for a couple of hours during the late afternoon. It’s walking distance to old town with restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The gym was minimal, but nice and cold. Housekeeping looked like they had not been in that room either as there was trash and water cups laying around. Mirrors on the wall would be helpful since there are free weights. All in all, it’s a great hotel and I would stay again. Just ask for a back facing room for privacy and quietness of that matters to you.

Nice hotel, clean room, big and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is really good! The bathroom amenities are outdated, they need a nicer hand soap. But I would stay here again!

Overall a fairly nice hotel but they could do better. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am which was a deal killer for me. They turn their coffee machine off at 10:30am when they are done for breakfast. No cappuccino for me. Mediocre bed with tiny low quality pillows just didn’t cut it either. Nice Jacuzzi and good location. No excuse for no GYM either!
