We love this location! It’s quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is great! Staff is friendly and we love the hot tub. They are generous with the closing time and usually we can stay a little longer.

Cute, cozy hotel, with clean rooms and updated bathrooms. Breakfast was perfect, and I will definitely stay here again!

Complimentary wine bottle was a nice touch. The high ceilings made the room feel much larger. It was nice to see wooden floors instead of usual carpet. At night, super quiet and peaceful patio..looking out to beautiful greenery. Super close location to the Village, my kids enjoyed this hotel. Staff very friendly, we definitely would stay here again.

Very convenient ADA friendly Nothing

Always a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The amenities are perfect, it's clean, safe and an excellent experience altogether!!

This hotel was beautiful. They had an amazing breakfast and a lot of other amenities for guests. Close to all the amazing restaurants and shops and coffee shops. I’m close to Lake Lopez! Will be staying here again!

The breakfast was much better than most with hot options, and protein options, but the fruit was overripe and there weren't real healthy options, like whole wheat breads or less sugary yogurts. We only stayed one night, so it worked for us. It was nice to have several dining options in walking distance.

Our stay was amazing! Room was very clean. We were happy we had a mini fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. We slept very good. Definitely staying here again next time we go to Pismo

This is a lovely hotel, very quiet and peaceful comfy beds, plenty of space. Minor thing was the shower wall didn't look clean, needed to be scrubbed better and the water backed up a bit which was 😬. I like the water to drain.

Excellent staff, clean and comfy rooms, and a great location

The breakfast was ok, but here is where I see they could really improve. They should offer hard boiled eggs again instead of those processed fake scrambled eggs. Egg prices are low, and on my walks around town I even saw farm fresh egg stands around town. I heard they use to offer hard boiled eggs but stopped when egg prices were high. Well, price of eggs is down again so offer them again. They should serve pure maple syrup instead of the fake high fructose corn syrup full of artificial ingredients. That’s a horrible product to offer. The bagels were always so dry and old. I enjoyed the fresh strawberries on the weekend, but they should offer fresh seasonal fruit like that all week long too. As a special weekend treat, offer fresh locally made donuts from a local bakery in town. That could be a good partnership with a bakery in town. The breakfast is where they need to put more effort in order to shine a bit more. Right now it feels cheap and not good quality.

I only stayed one night. Very comfortable bed and room. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t have the free breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bedside lamp was fairly dim and not good for reading. Suggest the hotel use significantly brighter bulbs for the bedside lamps.
