Great location! Family friendly.

Our 2nd time staying in as many months. We love it there. Friendly staff and so close to The Village. Out favorite coffee shop is just a short walk. It’s our new place to get away.

I've stayed here several times and it's a solid choice. Restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good. There's a path nearby to walk my dog for potty breaks. The little balcony area with seating is cute and a nice place to sit for a few minutes in the evening. It's always clean and parking is easy around the back.

The location is great, the free cocktail is great as is the wonderful friendly person serving the cocktails. But, honestly, I ask two front desk people about the area and places I had read about I wanted to see and they had no clue...really? Overall, a nice stay.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Recommend room with jetted tub. Being able to open "window" to the bedroom and watch TV from the bathtub is so relaxing. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooster Creek Tavern within the walking distance is super.

I would definitely stay here again. Very nice property with good parking. Breakfast provisions were good and the staff are busy keeping things stocked. Clean room was almost perfect. Just a toddler’s full handprint on the full length mirror was visible proving that the cleaner missed that spot.

Very comfortable room and beds. Clean and well maintained. Nice safe area with dining/shopping. I stayed here a few nights and my only complaint is how loud it was in the morning due to slamming of doors. A lot of people up early and doors slamming all morning. I guess it depends on who holds the door and who lets it slam shut. Can hear people chatting in the hallway as well. Air conditioner also pretty loud but helped drown out the noise. Breakfast OK. Coffee machine, microwave, and fridge in room which is nice.

We had room 230. It was very roomy and clean. The balcony and view are a great bonus. Good location. Breakfast was so so.

A nice spot for an overnight. Good bath and shower. No real facilities. Well located for exploring charming Arroyo Grande. Breakfast buffet looked good but no place to sit when we tried so we went elsewhere.

A great location and very well maintained property

Breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit. There’s a Nescafé coffee machine. Room was very clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Not sure how long this hotel has been in business but the building had a “newly built” smell to it and was super clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean also. I was impressed by the water pressure of the shower. Very nice. The fridge was unplugged so the fridge had a smell. I didn’t use it.
