Grout in the bathroom needs to be fixed. I stepped on a big piece of broken grout while walking into the bathroom. Besides that,everything was great. Derrick was very helpful and pleasant.

Breakfast typical eggs, bacon, Sausages. No options for vegans. Pool outdated, beautiful waterfall but does not work. Showers lack pressure and hit or miss on water switching to shower. Not much walking distance everything pretty much requires driving.

The front desk was amazing. Gave us complementary waters and dropped off an extra bath towel within 5 min of me calling for one. Im disappointed I didnt get her name but she was so nice. Excellent customer service. She checked us in on June 6 around 3. Thank you for providing amazing service. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Very filling. The pancakes and bacon were my favorite Small dining area but all the food was good. Would definitely book again

We primarily used the hotel as a place to sleep and did not take advantage of any of the amenities. While the hotel served that purpose, the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. The bed sheets appeared to have been put on inside out, there was chocolate on the floor near the entrance, a sticky residue on the mini fridge door, and hair shavings in one of the bathroom sinks upon arrival. Overall, the staff provided great service, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations and could benefit from more thorough housekeeping.

A new facility and nicely appointed. Under staffed and the elevators don’t always work. The restaurant has a very limited menu and has very limited hours of service. The website says they have a bar and restaurant but it too suffers from no staff and did not open on a Friday night I stayed.
