Great breakfast. Large rooms. Close to everything.

Front desk staff ( two different people)is always hiding somewhere not at the desk. It’s hard to get their attention.

Pool and hot tub was great, room was clean and nice. Staff was great. Everyone was nice and friendly! Only drawback was the location of our room. We were right next the elevator so lots of traffic and noise, especially early in the morning and the conditioner was nearly empty in our room. They have a nice breakfast though! Highly recommend.

My stay was fantastic. Traffic in front of the hotel can get heavy. I absolutely love the location. The hotel is a short walking distance from Biltmore Village.

Hotel is in a good location for a variety of daily travel locations.

The hotel is clean and well maintained with pleasant staff. Fairfield price and in a good location. The breakfast was enjoyable. I would recommend the place for a low-key no frills stay.

The only issue was the very low toilet. Hard for older people to use.

The staff said hi to you when they saw you and were all very helpful.

Delightful staff, very nice breakfast, and great location. We appreciated the free parking and walkability to some staples (Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse). Despite using the AC and the fan in the bathroom, the room felt very damp. After using the hotel pool, our bathing suits were still wet the next day.

On top of all this -the room was not as expected. It was gross and run down. It did not look like the pictures at all!!! There were rips in the filthy carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky. The adjustments made to make the room accessible were odd. You run into hangers in the makeshift closet when opening the door for the room.

Nice quiet stay. We had an issue with the ac not coming on and we called the front desk and the young man came right away and got it fixed and was very polite. We’d definitely stay again.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, full breakfast, fully stocked and clean. Hot hot tub. comfortable king bedroom on fifth floor. Super soundproofed. Convenient location, totally recommend!!

Other than the elevator always taking forever it was a great hotel. Nice pool & hot tub. Lots of choices for breakfast. Good location. Onsite parking.

The hotel was well kept and all amenities, seemed functional. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Recommend a room on backside of hotel, if you are a light sleeper, as traffic noise begins early in the morning (6 AM).
