DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville - Biltmore

About to remodel. Great location.

Rooms need updating. Difficult to communicate with staff just to stay an extra day; had to talk to 4 different people during our stay to get it settled; unnecessary frustration.

We had come in from the Biltmore estate and upon arriving to our room noticed that it was definitely older and had a fair amount of wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling and the pull out sofa bed had definitely been past its prime for use. The room was very clean though so that made up for everything showing some signs of age. My daughter enjoyed using the pool and we saw people using the gym which was nice as an option. Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay and I saw all information stating that they're doing renovations in 2027 which will likely improve the experience of future guests.

The staff was friendly and property was well maintained.

Need a little more effort - probably still experiencing issues related to the flooding as Biltmoe Village definitely is.

There's no gym practically just a few little things and they're broken definitely recommend staying somewhere where are they amenities are much nicer but in a pinch it's okay

The room was clean but out dated. Was located close to Biltmore Estate and Biltmore village.

Expedia can do better please! I choose this place because the pictures of the rooms and pool looked amazing and when I arrived my room was like a place from the 1960’s, old wallpaper, old old bed, stinky, tiny bathroom, and no comments about the pool! Jesus Christ!! We went outside to smoke and it was dirty and stink of pee all over! Please update this please and you need to stop lying with those nice pictures! False advertisement! Thanks

Just being in the mountains and the downstairs was nice. We got there and there were things in our room that were broken, towels were nasty.

Great place maybe some renovation

everything is perfectioned for my use; dors are easy to open and quiet, bed lamp is strong enough to read in bed, sink and shower faucets work perfectly, sink is not clogged, towels are perfectly positioned, bedding is clean, pillows are good, fridge is excellent,......extra toilet paper-just in case, towels are well positioned,.....looking at trees...everything perfect room needs fresh paint and carpet, also new/modern furniture. that is why innitially smelled old but we opened balcony 5 min and its ok. coffee shouldn't be the paper bag - tastes bad. i didn't have small bills for tip, so tried the provided code, but it asked me who should i leave tip for by name-how can i know name ?????nonsense

Staff very unfriendly. Place needs a make-over. It is too dark and uncomfortable looking. A downer Location of the room. I felt like I was pushed to the least desirable location. Difficult to find your way. Too dark

The retraunt and bar are closed for renovation.

Great price per stay. Older hotel but clean, great staff and location. Not a busy area with easy parking.
