Great stay! Would recommend

The staff was amazing! Kind and welcoming. The room was clean. Overall ambiance was dark: low lighting and dark red and gold colors. It fits with the history of the area being a “roaring 20’s” thanks to Vanderbilt. The room was comfortable and bed was in good condition. Bathroom was small! Stayed in a single king-size room.

No way to shut off bathroom fan it was to loud for me room was dated wallpaper open at the seems staff was excellent though

Property just looks old and worn out. While the front desk clerk was polite and helpful in giving us a quiet room it did not outweigh the fact that the room needed to be refreshed. The lack of a complimentary breakfast is almost unheard of these days.

It was nice
-
Extremely clean, well maintained. Staff verrt nice and knowledgeable.
-
Plenty of parking. Clean and nice hotel

The hotel was literally "around the corner" from the Biltmore House and not far from our other destination, the Billy Graham Training Facility. The room and lobby were clean and our room was freshened up each day. Overall it was a good stay for us. Our "however's" are just a couple of inconveniences: 1. There was not a microwave in the room which prevented us from warming up coffee or snacks, and, 2. There was not a complimentary breakfast included in the stay.
-
Super close to the Biltmore Estate. The hotel decor embraces the history of the area, and displays artifacts from the Estate. We had a suite and it was perfect. Included a sofa and a table and chairs. Bed was comfy and the shower was good.
-
This hotel was beautiful. The architecture and finishes were excellent. Very clean and well maintained. The room I was assigned had been remodeled and was very nice.
-
Everything was fine
-
Very nice place to stay and close to where I needed to be.
-
Refrigerator was broken and spoiled the food I had with me.
-
About to remodel. Great location.
-
Rooms need updating. Difficult to communicate with staff just to stay an extra day; had to talk to 4 different people during our stay to get it settled; unnecessary frustration.
-
We had come in from the Biltmore estate and upon arriving to our room noticed that it was definitely older and had a fair amount of wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling and the pull out sofa bed had definitely been past its prime for use. The room was very clean though so that made up for everything showing some signs of age. My daughter enjoyed using the pool and we saw people using the gym which was nice as an option. Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay and I saw all information stating that they're doing renovations in 2027 which will likely improve the experience of future guests.

The staff was friendly and property was well maintained.
-
Need a little more effort - probably still experiencing issues related to the flooding as Biltmoe Village definitely is.
-
There's no gym practically just a few little things and they're broken definitely recommend staying somewhere where are they amenities are much nicer but in a pinch it's okay
-
The room was clean but out dated. Was located close to Biltmore Estate and Biltmore village.
