My wife and I chose this location to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We loved our stay at the Inn! The staff greeted us on the porch as we pulled up to the house. We stayed in the Arbor Room and loved every aspect of relaxing in the house when we were not touring Asheville. The porches meant as much to us as our own room for just enjoying cookies and coffee, and chatting with the other guests. If you stay several days, everyone feels like family. We would certainly stay here again the next time we are in the area. It was within walking distance to many things although we chose to drive downtown knowing we would walk a lot down there. But we did walk to closer locations. So I would suggest the Liberty House Coffee and Cafe and Taco Temple as very close locations we personally experienced.

Quiet, beauiful location. Clean room with lavendar smelling sheets. Mattress was excellent. Breakfast was good. Can't think of anything.

Loved the neighborhood and the interior and exterior of the property. Sarah and the staff were friendly and helpful. The four ceiling fans and comfortable furniture on the wraparound veranda suggest the overall southern highlands ambiance. Very relaxing! Some hot food at breakfast would be an improvent. When making a reservation be sure to note whether your room is in the main house or the cottages out back, although both are lovely.

. Wish we could have stayed longer! Nothing

Beautiful, historic, semi-walkable to historic downtown Asheville. The Rose Room is a very nice size with a huge bathroom. The breakfast is American continental. I've never stayed at a B&B that didn't have any hot/freshly cooked options. Our room only had 4 hangers in the wardrobe.

Safe parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Coffee, tea and cookies available throughout the day and night. Breakfast was ok (basic continental - bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, hard boiled egg and yogurt). The second day we decided to explore other options.

The breakfast was a nice touch, especially the homemade granola. Hot additions would have been nice such as, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, and omelets. The fresh baked cookies were great along with the hot tea options.

All was great at the Beaufort House! We loved every minute and will happily be back!

Room description very misleading. our room was in the basement of the house. very damp, even though there was a dehumidifier in the room. blinds on the door were broken leaving open spaces any passerby could see through. bright light just outside door was on unable to turn off during the night. no chairs to sit in in the room. entrance to the shower/hot tub was wrong. It was turned so that you had to step over the wide part of the hot tub to get in. almost fell twice. outlets to nightstands did not work. employee on scene advised that she would let the owners of the bed and breakfast know about our concerns. Have not heard back anything. postponed this bad review, hoping that the owners would get in touch with us. paid $187 for a 10‘ x 10‘ room.

We stayed in one of the cottages, and it was quiet, comfy, and close to lots of things. Sarah was wonderful! The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening. Great suggestions for dinner, too.

Gorgeous and quiet! Loved everything!

Good location - short walk into Ashville and Uber back US$6/7. Nice breakfast and room.
-
Such a gracious home very close to downtown. We stayed in one of the cottages behind the main home- perfect for someone with mobility impairment. The breakfast is minimal, but the coffee is superb. Highly recommend!

I loved everything about it...great location just minutes from downtown. Really cute charming b-n-b. If you're looking for something intimate...this is your place!!

Lovely stay. We had the top floor suite with adjoining rooms, . Folks - both guests and staff - couldn’t have been nicer. Ate a delicious meal walking distance right around the corner at Jetti Rae’s seafood. Explored Asheville. Will definitely be back! FYI The second bed (closer to window) in twin room needs a mattress upgrade. I switched slept in the other one which was fine.

The ambience and staff are excellent The bed mattress was like a rock and possibly the least comfortable bed we've slept in in a long time. The continental breakfast was very basic, not a wide variety of options.
