Best Western Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway

Very clean, great amenities, good location Nothing! It was great. The only comment I have is that the bath tub was VERY slippery getting in.

Room was clean enough and beds were comfortable Entry and exit is awful, property is right off a slip road with traffic flying round. Car park is very poorly marked out. Laundry was dirty, cigarette butts, used dryer sheets and filter fluff dropped all over the floor and the machines had seen better days, more expensive to use than other BWs as well. Young men on reception in the evening weren’t very professional. ‘Gone to help other guests’ sign was left on reception desk but he was actually sat out the back, only came out to help me when someone called him out. Woken at 5.30am by noisy vehicles in car park.

It is pricey for the type of room and facilities provided, I guess it should not be more than $50 to $60 Too pricey

Yogurt machine! Yum! The curtain wasnt attached (torn) on one side so the bright light in front flooded our room. We stacked as much as we could ( like pillows etc.)to build something tall enough to get some darkness. Housekeeping said they could be there in the morning. We decided to move on the next day.

Clean, well kept. 3 nice pillows but the bed was a little hard for me. Breakfast was good. Nice area to walk my dog.

Second time in this hotel and its gotten even better. They made some updates. It is really clean, comfortable and well located with good breakfast.

Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, and we absolutely loved the 24 hours unlimited fresh folgers coffee dispenser. Lobby entrance area was really cute with fall decor and many modern art decor items. It's definitely a fun and eclectic vibe. Staff was great. Our room had the jetted tub and it was really nice. Rooms smelled really clean and fresh too, great AC. Literally nothing. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best value I ever received.
