Very clean and updated, helpful staff, dog- friendly with grassy pet area, nice outdoor unattached pool area and good breakfast.

Free breakfast was nice. The room was clean. The desk is not staffed consistently or if it is the staff may not be available when you need to check in.

The room was good and well maintained. However there were bugs in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great either.

Pool is beside a busy road and you get road noise. Noticed people driving up and unloading a van full of children to be in pool. Obviously we’re not staying there. I also think men ate breakfast there who were not staying there. Breakfast was mediocre. Not as good as most hotels. Only one kind of pastry. One waffle maker for a lot of rooms. Potato’s were not good. Biscuits really not good. Front desk staff vacillated between being very friendly and very rude. And inconsistent. To enter the office I never had to use room key until this morning. Guy at front desk yelled I had to use key. Not what the sign said. When in Asheville I will seek other accommodations.

The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated that they were pet friendly as we had our two dogs with us. They had a nice area for them to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. The pool also looked very refreshing.

Facility is great, breakfast is fantastic. In the afternoon you may even catch a bear hanging out in the back.

I definitely did not like the night front desk clerk. If he's going to be working with the public, the he definitely needs to work on his people skills. Even tho I was a hr away from home when it broke down,and the store I went to load more money on my cards so I could pay for a Lyftkkuúūmachine wasn't working, trying to carry a bunch of bags plus my lil dog was on a leash, and my phone died while I was checking in the room I had already paid for on Expedia he wouldn't let me use one of the outlets in the lobby so I could get money moved @ on my phone so I could the extra $150 for the deposit. He told me I couldn't put my bags in the room n he seen how many bags I had & I even tried to explain my situation, but when someone thinks that they're better than someone else which he clearly stated when he called me a "tweeker" because I was trying to find a card that I had tossed in one of my bags when I left at the mechanics so I didn't have to carry all my stuff looking for a place to load the extra $150 for a dep

Front desk guy was awesome; friendly, quick, resourceful!

This looked like a brand new hotel/motel. It was clean and comfortable. I was happy with my stay of 2 days.

With a checkout time of 11, the pool should open before 10. There isn't enough time to swim and shower. If you offer coin laundry, one washer and one dryer are insufficient. Security cameras that are high enough quality to ID the guy who broke into our car would have been nice too.

Breakfast was good. Liked the options and service for the buffet was very efficiently handled Bathroom exhaust could have been less loud!
