Best Western Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway

Unremarkable. Easy to get to.

The rooms are nice and the place was lovely and affordable. The young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The only issue I could find was there was a fair amount of hair from previous guests in the shower curtains and tub.

The room was clean. It is an older hotel so there are no bells and whistles. The breakfast was good also. It seems to be a rough area. We watched multiple obvious drug deals behind our building and you could not escape the smell of cannabis even in the rooms.

Old hotel

The path to the dog relief area was very muddy and slippery. It had rained earlier, so I understood why. However, the path was also very rutted. They really should pave the path to create a safe way to get to the relief area. The hill is steep, so I don’t think I would even try if it was dry. Also, some owners failed to clean up after their pets and there was dog poop everywhere.

We loved our stay at Best Western like always the staff was friendly. The room was clean everything in order. We didn't have to want for anything. And they were very receptive to our fur babies. Anytime I'm in Asheville this will be my home away from home.

The breakfast offered a variety of items. We arrived after midnight and the lady who checked us in added an hour to our check out time to provide some extra rest.

Staff was so helpful and nice while checking in! Locked our selves out of the room and they were so nice about it and made us another card! The pool area is very nice! They have a volleyball net and basketball net in the pool! They have a great breakfast buffet! Lots of choices and food was good! The room was amazing! Se slept so good in our king jetted tub room! With a walk in shower! The room was very clean! And if it matters to you to have blackout curtains then worry no more! I believe this is this first time I have stayed somewhere that the sun isn't coming in at the top or the curtains! We will definitely stay here again

Great hotel, friendly staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable and ac was cold lol. We came in do to a family emergency and hotel is only 8 mins from mission hospital.

Parking was a nightmare & breakfast is horrible. Our dogs would not even eat it. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff.

Room were dirty. The floors were extremely dirty and sticky. Bathroom doors didn’t shut all the way. The bottom dresser drawer was unusable. Breakfast was decent and staff were helpful

Nice motel about a 7 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Pool was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only downfall was the beds weren’t that comfy. But we’ll always remember this place because there was a bear that was walking around the property. So if you feel like strolling in the evening, maybe reconsider or be on the lookout.
