The hotel is undergoing renovations, so I want to be fair. Staff was very helpful and we loved the way the room was designed. The extra space for desk and kitchen area. Also, the vanity area separated from the tub and toilet are was usual for 3 women getting ready. Breakfast was adequate, withe same moldy orange in the fruit basket 2 days in a row. I removed it and took it to the front desk.

We liked the location. We had a warm greeting when we arrived. This location is being remodeled we stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was very nice.

Property under construction, which is great, but they didn’t keep things out of the way. It was hard to navigate around construction materials. Most importantly, a back/side door was propped open the entire 6 day stay. My wife said something multiple times to the night shift front desk about concerns for safety and it was brushed off. I booked my remaining time in Asheville at another place.

It was just ok. Let me start with the positive - MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE! The front desk lady was very kind as well and helpful. That was the positive. As far as the property, the construction (which we knew nothing about) made it hard to navigate at times. The workout room was functional but dirty with no wet wipes, cleaner, or towels which is nasty. The downstairs bathroom outside the gym was disgusting and not properly stocked. The construction was loud and the elevator was awful. We took it one time coming in, and the stairs the rest of the time. There was a substance in the hall as well that the staff never picked up our entire time there, and the breakfast was surprisingly NOT GOOD for this particular hotel. I gave it a 3 star, not 1 because the room was so nice and the bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay specially for parties 5-6 people. Breakfast was excellent. They were renovating the 2nd floor. So in near future all rooms will be like brand new.

I was nervous about the real live bears outside the parking lot. Aside from that I will stay again.

Had a room with a sofa bed that was not sturdy. Had a leak in bathroom. Had last room so was not able to switch to another room. The hotel is up for some renovations from what we saw. Some security issues like construction leaving side doors ajar etc. I normally choose marriott when traveling due to my experience but this was low on the scale compared to the last 5 times I was in a marriott within the last 5 years

Great little place to stay, out of the way and secluded

The staff here is wonderful! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was hot and had lots of choices. My only complaint is that the butter was frozen.

Very comfortable & clean Handicap parking was taken up by junk & construction materials. My husband is an amputee & had to park far away from entrance

Room was ready and clean on time. Staff at the reception was very nice. The hotel is in the process of construction, but it feels like demolition. On the last day we woke up to loud banging in the next room to ours with workers walking on the porch roof right outside our second-floor window while we were getting up. There were furniture and mattresses removed through the window of the next room over. There were very few people staying in the hotel too. Also, the housekeeping is no -existent. We stayed two days, three nights. First day nobody bothered cleaning our room at all. We have asked at least three times and only then, the next day, they have cleaned our room. But the hair conditioner ran out and was not replenished, one of the white towels had a black spot on it, and trash was not removed.

I arrived to check in at 10 pm. I had booked a suite with 2 full beds and pull out sofa. When I arrived, the front desk woman said no rooms were available with 2 full beds and a pullout sofa. Only 2 queens. I have 5 people in my family and needed the room I booked. She called 5 others hotels in the area owned by the same company. I waited 40 mins at the front desk. She finally said oh let me go check room 118. Came back and said you can have that room. She could have saved me all that time and stress and just gave us that room from the beginning. It was stressful and exhausting after arriving so late. The pool was freezing and not heated and the room was not super clean. Hair in the shower. Would not stay here again.

It is being remodeled. Not a good time to visit, probably better after. As it was, half the parking lot was being used to stage construction. Work started at 6am so hope you intended to wake up then.

They should not be offering rooms during their extensive renovation. The workout room had no air and it was 80 degrees. We got a good rate ($112) but would not have stayed if we had known the extent of the renovation going on.

Off the property was a bunch of homeless people, but they don’t seem to bother.
