La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Asheville

I liked everything about the property. Hotel was completely remodeled. Felt 4 star. Staff was friendly. Cleaned our room every day. Great breakfast Absolutely nothing wrong

On our stay I saw to roaches in our room on separate days. Shower head did not work properly. The maids were excellent. We saw a black bear in the back parking lot. The surrounding area had homeless people everywhere. Would not stay there again.

The evening staff person was not at all helpful. She did not seem happy in her job and it showed. I asked her 3 different questions (recommendations) while I was there and she just said she didn't know. SHe said she preferred her Ubereats job. The property itself was nice, but the neighborhood was very seedy. Lots of drug activity nearby

We enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet of the room. We opted to dine in with our "traveling lunch" items and were so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast. The cost was reasonable considering the surrounding area costs, and the location was just 10 minutes (if that) from the location of the sports clinic we were attending. While i liked that the hotel furnished the shampoo and conditioner for our use, the quality of the product can certainly be improved upon. It did the job, but just seemed minimal in quality at best. Water pressure and heat for shower was very good.

I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, hallways smelled great. I only had one mishap with the booking of my room that caused me to have to give up my information to the front desk again and resign documents. However, they sent me a goodie bag of treats to my room for the issue. Overall, I would recommend this place for your next stay.

Breakfast is limited if you have dietary restrictions.

Updated decor throughout. Excellent breakfast choices. Customer service plus! My husband is a Veteran and there was a dedicated parking space for Veterans. Nice touch! No complaints.

Breakfast room was overcrowded. Couldn't walk between chairs/tables. Food was only fair...not up to what we usually get. Not the best area of town. Shower pressure only fair. Room was nice and clean. Tried to check in 30 minues early and we were turned away....hard to believe nothing was ready.
