Easy to get to many things from here! Enjoyed our stay! Would def stay here again!

The location is good. Place was clean. Staff is not familiar with the local area to answer any questions.

Everything from the time you step into the hotel was so clean. The staff, rooms and breakfast were all great.

We loved this hotel everything was excellent ,including the location.

Hotel is in great condition, pool was wonderful, but the hot tub was out of order. The food was good, but they only had one waffle machine so there was always a line. Only thing that made me nervous about the hotel was it’s location near a lot of Homeless encampments. None of our cars were damaged touched anything, but if traveling alone, be aware of the area.

The mattress was lumpy, definitely needs to be changed out . Breakfast was good, and the location and room was clean.

Everything is new and updated. The gym is amazing, like the best we’ve ever seen in a small hotel. Friendly staff and everything was clean.

We are delighted with the hotel's service. The breakfast, cleanliness, hospitality, and friendliness of all the staff were excellent. We had a wonderful stay with easy access to attractions close to everything.

Great place

The room was decent, but I didn’t expect a smart TV. The breakfast was disappointing; the dining area was small, overcrowded, and the eggs were way too salty. The elevator was incredibly slow, and I initially thought I was being too critical, but other guests agreed. Parking was terrible; there weren’t enough spots for all the guests. I had to shake hands with Waffle House because they didn’t have enough parking.

Everything was perfect. Clean room, quiet, great breakfast, very helpful staff! I would stay again. The property is off the street and no street noise was audible.

Hotel and staff were very good but the area did not seem to be safe. There are homeless and obvious drug users in the area that would congregate at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. A couple blocked the entrance at one point as we were trying to enter. Asheville needs to find better ways to address the homeless throughout the city. Wish we had stayed in a different area. Probably won’t stay in this city again.

We have a great over night stay, place was clean, shower was great, bread was ok.
