Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Tunnel Road

Wonderful value for the money! The hotel was recently renovated and it was beautiful. The staff was very warm and professional. The room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was so comfortable! I was especially impressed with the very generous breakfast I found waiting for me the next morning. Exceptional in every way!!

Our flight was delayed so we came super late. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Clean, pleasant, large rooms.Location convenient to downtown by car or 15-20 minute walk.

There were pubic hairs and other hairs in the shower and on the shower curtain when I walked in the bathroom. Just not cleaned properly. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews and about how clean everything is. We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly. After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause after our long drive, we discovered... The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared fluffy and soft, only to amount to a flat fluff of nothing once you lay your head down. They were so bad and uncomfortable. Putting 2 together was of no help. I phoned down to the office to see if we could possibly get different pillows? I was told, "no".

The hotel was very nice, outside of the hotel is a rough area. A lot of individuals under the influence and made my children very uncountable. Hot tub was not super clean either.

The room was clean and the hotel was fine, but the neighboring property was full of homeless and drug addicts. It is not recommended to walk to any places around the hotel due to the homelessness. Vehicle to have for transportation is a must!

Very clean and beautifully decorated lobby with a warm, welcoming ambiance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It was on the newer side and clean. Aside from not having a fan in the bathroom everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again
