Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Tunnel Road

I actually thought this was a new hotel but when I asked the girl at the front desk she said it was 8 years old. It certainly looked new, smelled very clean and everything was maintained so well. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to Asheville.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Kitchen staff was not friendly. Seemed bothered when asked a question about breakfast items.

Very spacious room. Bathroom was extremely large. Very friendly staff. Location was perfect just outside of the downtown area. Seemed like everywhere we went, it was only an 8 minute drive. Breakfast was OK. It was your typical motel chain Breakfast, but had everything you needed.

The room was so nice clean and comfy!! Wish we would have picked the same on our Ohio trip.

Superb

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Hallway noise and pool sounds were not muffled. Ashville has a homeless problem and this hotel is not in the greatest location.

Great place to stay! Not far from downtown where my event was. Parking great!

The location was nice. I like the free breakfast. The pool was down. I didn’t get to swim on my stay. The breakfast selection was good I wish there was more vegetarian options

The hotel breakfast left a lot to be desired. Many items were never replenished once they were gone, we had to ask multiple days just for the batter to make waffles. Staff was in the breakfast area getting food and conversing with other staff.

Hotel was great. Clean. Reasonably priced. Service was great. My only complaint is the area is pretty bad. Lots of drug activity going on across the street and the motel next to it.

Location was great! Nice lobby area The beds were hard and all pillows were so flat and heavy. Did not sleep well both nights. Thought a Marriott chain would have higher quality bedding.

Everything was great and the breakfast exceeded my expectations! I have picky children but they had all the right stuff and they even have a little mini market area with bars and chips and drinks and it had so many good options that I never had to worry about my picky eaters. Thanks for a great visit!
