There’s a small table that can be used in front of a chair that’s in the room and it would help greatly if there were wheels on that little stand so that you can move it around as you sit down and get up.

Breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Staff in the breakfast area were great. Loved the nightlight in the bathroom and the full bottles of soap / bathroom products instead of individual. Also, the property had a list of all the cool things going on in Ashville. That was a really nice touch.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The hotel itself felt safe the entire time, and the parking lot had plenty of spaces, which made coming and going easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was good each morning, and I appreciated that the hot food had a different twist each day for a little variety.The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa area, and the outdoor fire pit was a great place to relax in the evenings. The location is convenient for getting on the highway, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat.The immediate area does look a bit rundown, and there were several homeless individuals near the intersection where you turn in. Because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable walking, but driving across the street to restaurants felt safe. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, and we would stay here again if we were in the area.

2. We stayed at the hotel for four days and yet our room was only cleaned once! 3. People were allowed to smoke at the back patio by the pool, which was unpleasant for us non-smokers. 4. Rooms with pets being allowed next to rooms without. We had a dog barking incessantly in the room right next to ours.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, fire feature and breakfast were all great.

Except for air vent in bathroom (very noisey) on a fifith floor. Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit and waffles..

So clean, very good breakfast, nice hot tub and pool.

I would stay here anytime! Wish all hotels had such friendly staff and great facilities!

Modern, clean hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, coffee available all day, and a gym. There is a pool, but it is very small and feels more like a symbolic feature than a real one. In the bathroom, the faucet is installed too far from the sink, which is a very poor design choice, causing the countertop to be constantly covered in water.

The only complaint I have is regarding the faucet for the bathroom sink. It barely hangs over the basin, water splashes everywhere.

Close to the mall and attractions. Hot tub.

I was able to get closed caption on all of the other channels, but NOT AMC. Very frustrating. Your hotel is supposed to be ADA compliant. For those of us who are hard of hearing, even with my hearing aid on, I could not hear it. See above. Please try to get a contract with AMC to turn on the Closed Captions.

Everything Nothing

The staff was extremely nice and the hotel was clean. I will stay at this hotel next trip. The staff made the experience wonderful.

I travel frequently through Asheville and this is one of my favorite stays.

We were very pleased with our stay. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and loved the location. We liked that it was not in downtown but yet convenient enough to areas of interest.
