Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED

This place was AWFUL! I believe there were full-time people living there! Walked out of the elevator and it smelled like marijuana. “Shady” people hanging around the hotel. The room smelled of vomit. We left and forfeited our money

clean room, helpful staff

Very convenient for our Biltmore visit! Took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Our stay was adequate especially for the price.

The room was clean and comfortable The dayshift staff at the check-in counter weren't very friendly

Clean room great breakfast. Indoor pool a plus

Room was clean , well supplied with towels and soap. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked about different things. Breakfast was ok a little limited but was ok , bread products need to be better but the eggs and biscuits were spot on. Choices of beverages are good overall tgey did a very nice job with it including the presentation.

This place was so nice and clean! Will for sure stay here again! Bed was comfy.

Great hotel. Clean. Breakfast was ok. Great location quiet

It is a nice building. The staff is very nice. The breakfast was good. There were maintenance issues, the shower door kept rolling back on its tracks and opening while we took showers. The bath mat was ratty with holes worn in it. The room wasn’t cleaned there was clothing, trash and a phone charger from the previous people still plugged in. If that hadn’t happened it would have been a great place to stay.

Room was clean with updated fixtures in the bathroom. Good for a weekend getaway.

Great hotel

The vehicle noise in the room from the road but Abigail went above and beyond the staff were all nice but she helped me out locating my lost pocketbook so nice she gets a 10 out of 10

Staff was outstanding. I traveled alone and felt so safe at the hotel. Yhe room was clean.

Parking was a little tight. Hotel was fully backed booked so that didn’t help.

The Brookstone Lodge was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower great water pressure and the temperature could go very hot. We vacationed in Asheville for 1 week and this location was perfect for all of our adventures and dining out. The breakfast at the hotel is just sufficient and the coffee was good. After the first morning we chose to patronize local eateries instead. We did not swim in the pool. Staff was helpful. My husband is handicapped and we have handicap car tags. On Saturday night all the handicap spots were taken and a couple of the cars did not have handicap tags or stickers. My husband did complain and we had to park in whatever spot was available, the next morning that same manager put an orange cone in a handicap spot and told my husband it was for him for the rest of the stay, That lasted for 2 days and it was first come first serve again after that. Our room was serviced just about every day, they did miss one, but that service just included swapping out towels, nothing was cleaned if you were not checking out. We booked through Expedia, we were given a 10.00 food credit which we did use part of it up for 2 soft drinks. We were supposed to have a room upgrade but honestly I do not know if it was an upgrade or not. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, which is what we got, and it had a couch, a microwave and a fridge, it was perfect for us and our stay. All in all I would recommend the Breakstone Lodge.

The location was nice--right off the freeway and kinda nice area.
