Great place! Very economical and exactly as described

Room was clean. Was quiet in the morning.

Staff not helpful. When we asked them about anything they didn’t know and didn’t want to try and find out. Room ok

The pictures were misleading. The property could use some work. We had two broken lamps in our room and the shower did not look too clean. It wasn’t the worst but was definitely disappointed.

Staff was ok as far as being friendly. Some were not at all.

The housekeeping took all the towels when they came by after the first night but did NOT replace a single one. When we called down to the front desk we had the go down and get towels. We were only given two wash clothes and bath towels. So we had no floor towel for the tile floor and no hand towels. Housekeeping didn't take any trash throughout our stay either. Breakfast was okay. Would have liked some variation from one day to the next out of the hot box of food. The rooms smelled clean and were updated, however we had issues with getting our TV to turn off and on. There was also not an exhaust vent in the bathroom.

Wonderful staff. The lady up front seems to work day and night, and she is truly helpful. Helped me with all of my requests and questions.

We reserved and paid for a standard king room but the room we received was for handicap accessibility, so kind of disappointed. The room definitely needed some TLC because there was damage to the walls and furniture, which made the place feel old and neglected. There was some mold on the shower tile grout. We were traveling with friends and they said their room, which was a standard king room, was much better than ours. Breakfast options were very limited. Staff friendliness and helpfulness was just okay—not eager to please the customer. Overall, not the best place we’ve stayed in that price range, but not the worst place either. Would not stay there again.

Great location

Nice, clean small property with indoor pool for the kids. Ask for an even numbered room. The odd numbered rooms face a major highway so loud car noise all night long.

The room was very clean and the location was very convenient.

When we got there some people were walking out. They said they checked in, went to the room, and checked right back out. They said the room was small and you could hear the highway traffic as if you were outside. I was a little concerned, but our room was larger than most rooms I have stayed in. And while we could hear some highway traffic, it was very faint. I mean, the hotel is right next to the highway. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. My daughter and her family got in at 1:00 am. They were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to Biltmore. Delicious breakfast.

For the money it was a good, budget-friendly option. Our room was right on the road, so the noise of traffic kept us up some nights.

Good price but breakfast wasn’t that great and shower needed a serious grouting

Clean room but the air conditioner was really loud.

I left my bag in the room and I was contacted before I even noticed it was missing. Everything was still inside. I commend the staff on being fast to act as well as honest!
