Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The complimentary breakfast was good, however for variety and non-sausage eaters bacon would have been nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous.

We loved the way the hotel made use of space. Property was very conveniently located for our vacation plans. Hotel staff both day and night were really pleasant and helpful.

Place is clean and location is 5 mins away from biltmore mansion and just few minutes away from downtown ashville

Pretty good experience overall, but there were some notably dirty spots in the bathroom (right behind the toilet seat where the toilet seat latch had broken off and not been replaced, edges of the floor) that were off-putting. Breakfast was decent, did include round eggs and sausages as well as typical carby options.

Great place to stay near Asheville

When we arrived it was in a poor location, parking was awful, and there were signs everywhere warning kids not to jump, stating that kids shouldnt be left unattended, and when we went to grab a snack in the closet the staff blocked us in. We got into the room and the bed was wet, the room was much smaller than we expected and we asked for a refund. They said they couldn't refund us because the hotel was full. How is that our fault? Sounds like you can be out of our money, jeez. Anyway, not only was the bed wet but it creaked just as we threw clothes on it like godzilla and Rosie O'Donnell had a good time on there preozempic era. Might as well throw on lizzo too. The breakfast was awful. They had generic cereal, broken waffle makers, and instant coffee. 3 star hotel and ascend collection? Go to the red roof inn get what you pay for.

Room was very clean and well-appointed. Appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

Room small it mostly up dated. Linings old. Bed very nice new flooring. The maid did nothing poor for next day. Did not sweep. Defrost refrigerator and left pool of water did not leave the part to make coffee did not replace make up remover. Absolutely the best location. Did not eat breakfast
