Great spot. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have a patio. Very responsive staff. The window coverings were either old blinds with gaps or fabric panels that didn’t close entirely so it didn’t feel private. Things were clean, but maybe not recently.

Location was fine. Reasonably close to town. Everything was ok but the air conditioner makes a loud repetitive sound like a truck changing gears, even when it was not operating. Had to be unplugged to stop the noise for sleeping.

Didn’t like. Would have been good to know there was parking in the back lot. Walked down the street trying to find it. Had to call to ask about parking. Bathroom was so dark. Lightbulbs were missing. Had to take bulbs out of the lamps to get light in the bathroom. Bed is SO TALL. At 5’4” it was so hard to get in and out. Very very dark house. See above

The cottage was cozy and the location was good to get into town for plays, food, shops and hikes. The bed was very comfortable, too. The property was great. The gardener blowing leaves at 8:00 am, not so good.

Wine and fig bars were a nice touch. Having a table and chairs to sit outside. The height of the bed is VERY challenging for short people and could be dangerous. Did not like having to stand on the couch to control the AC since property manager told us the remote didn't work. No instructions on how to change the channel on the TV. Strange that it was not intuitive! Dishes, silverware and glasses were NOT all clean. Kinda disgusting and embarrassing because we had friends stop by for a glass of wine. No way to recycle - how come???

Has air conditioning, which helps in the heat of the day. Evenings cooled off, so you could open up the windows. The yard needs a bit of cleanup and care, but that did not impact the stay. A fair amount of traffic noise due to the stop sign next to the property. With the windows open, it was a bit noisy in the morning. Can be easily solved by keeping the windows closed for the night.

Good location There were no linens for the sofa bed. The AC did not work well the bedroom was so hot it was difficult to sleep. It was also a very loud unit.

Great location, very comfortable bed, place to sit outside, lots of streaming choices on TV. We were never able to get the shower temperature warm enough. Since it was very hot outside, not overly bothered about it. We did notify owner day before we left.

Very high bed! I could jump on it, but I can’t imagine how elderly people do it

Very quiet Clean Very nicely appointed Easy and secure access Free parking Full kitchen with utensils In walking distance to the food coop and the Shakespeare festival. The pull out bed in the living room is small. Better for a couple sharing a bed than for 2 friends who need 2 beds.

Location, walkable distance to downtown, nice patio for a breakfast outside, everything necessary available. -

Sweet suite. Well appointed kitchen. Good bed. Walking distance to downtown A little bit warm at night. On a street corner of a slightly busy street.

Such a quaint and charming little cottage! Had all amenities we needed and a short walk to downtown and Lithia Park.

Walking distance from Festival Not many amenities. But at least there was coffee!

The property was centered in Ashland and I could easily access everything. There is not much to dislike. It was a little warm at night but I’d prefer that anytime.
