They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.

You get what you pay for. Jetted hot tub is a must.. we really enjoyed it. Definitely worth it. A bit of a hike to Geneva on the lake. But overall we were comfortable. After cleaning up.

They wouldn't even let me check on and still charged me

Rooms need updating. Low cost basic room is what you get.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and make sure to do so each time we are back in the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful- here are just a few examples: my car battery died in the parking lot, so the maintenance man assisted us in jumping it. One morning we were late for breakfast and my toddler wanted cereal, the front desk happily obliged. The cleaning staff wished us safe and happy travels as we checked out. Anything we needed, they provided. While this property may not be “fancy”, it is all inclusive and worth the stay.

The room was fine. The staff was very helpful. Our view was toward the interstate. The yard hadn't been taken care of.

I have stayed before but this time I had issues. Stayed for 3 days and NO Hot Water at all. Couldn't take a bath to relax as the switch for bath to shower didn't work. Door made a loud noise every time it opened, sounded like a horror movie scene. People in other rooms were loud slamming doors and stomping above. No parking as people with campers parked in the spots taking up multiple spots instead of parking on the sides of the building

The place is in bad shape. I seemed Red Roofs out in the past. The last few were bad. Never Again. The age and the fact it is unkept.
-
The rooms were bad things were broken

Dirty towel in floor upon check in, empty beer can in fridge, air conditioner make horrible noises, hot water would not shut off and no one could help early in the morning in shower. I usually have a good stag here, but I would avoid room # 115 from now on.

The room was clean, the bedding was soft and the bed comfortable. The property itself is a little aged, but it looks like they're trying to upgrade it. It felt safe, and it was quiet all night. Front desk folks were helpful. We would stay here again.

My stupid reservation person booked the wrong date. I kept telling her,but I don’t think she understood. I would like a refund. Thank you

Breakfast was very blah.. boiled eggs and toast and bengals. Only fruit was apples. The coffee very good. Cereal look old, it was clumped together.

Very accommodating for handicapped

Two wash cloths not enough . Thank you

The facility was close to where my event was held. The staff were polite. The vent on the heating/ cooling unit had not been properly cleaned. Minutes after turning it on I smelled mold. Ended up getting sick

Room was clean, window didnt lock on first floor with no screen.

Not much to like here. It was bad. Upon entering the room, I tried to turn on lights. The first lamp did not work, the second lamp did not work. No door light to turn on. The charging lamp next to the bed could not charge my phone. I decided to shower. There was no body wash, no shampoo, no hand soap, no lotion (I don't use it, but decided to try it anyways since the others were empty). Shower had little water pressure, toilet almost overflowed every time it flushed. I was happy that I didn't have to defecate while there. It would have flown over. The breakfast had nothing hot. Just a fruit choice and maybe toast. It was all bad.

Cold breakfast only (fruit, breads, cereal). My room was missing the remote control and only had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Basic, bare-bones, minimalist hotel experience. This was probably a nice property 30 - 40 years ago.
