The room was clean, the view was great, the staff super friendly. The breakfast was hot. Would definitely stay here again. The bed was really comfortable I slept really well.

The staff was excellent. Very courteous, both night shift receptionist and the morning staff. The room had a smell, not to mention loud music playing all night, and the hotel knew about it, yet gave that room. The next morning, the room was smelling of bacon and eggs.

The location was near several stores and shops. The breakfast was nice and had several vegetarian options. The room was nice I booked the hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. I waited for the shuttle for 20 minutes before calling the hotels front desk. I called 5 times for over 45 minutes and no one answered. I finally asked someone else to call from a local number and asked that the shuttle be sent. It took another 25 minutes before I reached the hotel. The shuttle service is misleading, because I requested the shuttle on my booking. But I was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes however it only goes to one of the 3 terminals. This was an inconvenience for my trip and I was stranded at the airport for over 2 hours. I had planned alternate transportation so I wouldn't lose my booking because it was already 11 pm when I was finally picked up by the shuttle driver.

Exceeded my expectations heavily as I’d never been to New York before. From the jump the staff was so welcoming and accommodating in all ways. Best customer service I’ve received at any hotel. Especially Mikey who was very welcoming and friendly. If I come back to queens I’m coming back to this hotel. Room was great but customer service just blew it out the park.

The smell wafted into my room during both the day and night, which made my stay very uncomfortable. It is truly disappointing that this issue was not properly managed or monitored, as the rest of the service was decent.

Unfriendly staff, when I requested to stay another night even though I am a member of Mariott Bonvoy the staff didn’t try to put me on standby, just in case someone cancel the booking. Overall very bad experience

Bed was super comfortable, decent location, close to airport with airport shuttle. Staff friendly and helpful. Placed in a lower level basement room. Walls seemed very thin as you could hear people in the hallway and adjacent rooms arriving to their rooms and having conversations late at night.

Charles provided outstanding front desk service. Wish every hotel had people like him. Following my initial booking with Booking.com, I altered my reservation from a king bed to two doubles to accommodate my daughter who wanted to join. There was an up-charge of ~$59 for this but when I arrived, there was only a king available despite paying the additional charge through Booking.com. (The hotel folio was $59 less than the Booking.com receipt.). It was my first time using a third party to make a hotel reservation and I am still waiting to see if this amount will be credited back to me. I won't use a third party again if charged more for using vs. a direct booking.

For what it was, a name brand hotel in a cheaper part of NYC, it was ok. Totally sucks that it has a parking lot and guests still had to pay 40 a day for parking. So if you’re planning a stay add 40 bucks to your stay per day. Breakfast was nice and free, not much seating though. Rooms were outdated, small, dark and our TV kept breaking. If you just need a place to rest your head at about 250 a night with parking… it’s not so bad. I would not pay full price and stay there. That’s for sure.

Overall, a hotel was very clean and well maintained. For the price you got a pretty good deal because you got free breakfast in the morning. Good deal for the price.
