2:El caballero siempre se mostró amable. 3:No muy bien,deberían agregar fruta,yogures,te. 4:Debería aver más seguridad de camaras al rededor ya que nos ocasionó un imprevisto en el APARCAMIENTO,nos dieron un golpe a nuestra troca negra,y según Ellos no abarca la cámara hasta el APARCAMIENTO,solo afuera de la puerta,pero me gustaría que se tomarán el tiempo de revisar la cámara,puede que si se alcance ver algo,ya que nos parqueamos en frente de los Aparcamientos de la puerta,para que nos ayuden a buscar el causante de lo sucedido,nuestra estancia fue del 3 al 5 de julio y para el 4 por la mañana fue cuando nos llevamos la sorpresa del golpe a nuestra camioneta negra. Siempre asegúrese que tengan bien limpio los cuartos y suficiente jabón,y toallas,para todos los inquilinos que van. GRACIAS POR SU HOSPITALIDAD.

Everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was great! Great access to everything.

Nice clean spacious rooms, common areas with fireplace. The stairs were quite a bit of climb.

We traveled with a team for AAU and majority stayed in this hotel. Good breakfast, complimentary tea & coffee 24hr. Very clean and spacious and the kids loved the indoor pool

Small and quaint Only one elevator

I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. Easy access to downtown if you use Waze and avoid the main strip of west broad/atl highway.

The following day, I showed the photos to the front desk employee on duty, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. When I asked for the General Manager's contact information, I was told I needed to speak with her directly. When I later spoke with the General Manager, she stated that her housekeeper said it was only dust. I felt the conversation became defensive and unprofessional. I was simply trying to report a potential health concern and discuss the compensation that had been mentioned to me. I have photos documenting the condition. I am requesting that the hotel investigate the issue, address any air-quality concerns, and honor the discount or refund that was offered when I first reported the problem.

Great location out of the lime light of being in “downtown” Athens!! Everything about this hotel is amazing!!

Excellent stay

Suite was cleaned and stocked with all essential needs. The AC didn't work properly so I was hot most of the night.

Clean and good location. The common area is nice and open. Breakfast buffet could be better.

Location Smelled strongly like weed and was dirty. Felt super icky on the bed. My significant other got a rash from the bed sheets. Way over priced.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location. Hard to find. Impaired visibility.

Room was comfortable and clean We were asked to "keep it down" by the front desk, and we were both in bed and almost asleep! It wasn't us!
