Unresolved maintenance issues after repeated calls to the front desk and / or speaking to the staff at the front desk.

Based on the online reviews and what I saw on the website, it seems quite different from what I expected. It doesn’t seem as good as I thought it would be.

The room wasn't as clean as it should be for this type of hotel and the mattress was lumpy. Every time I stay here they find a new way to charge you more. This time it was parking. It is getting ridiculous! This is probably my last time staying here.

The rooms were extremely clean and laid out nicely. My only con is that the TVs were a little dated. You could not screenshare to them and there were no HDMI ports.

Very clean and quiet. At the highway feeder easy to get around

Overall this property is nice. The beds are not comfy at all. The pool area is very nice, however there was a closed sign on the door due to a private reservation. When I called and asked the staff about the closed sign and for pool hours they said that it was probably being cleaned and could still be used, we later found out it was reserved. Not to mention as soon as we pulled up to check in and unload our bags one of the front desk personnel was leaving and got an attitude and yelled “you can’t park here” out of her car window for “parking” by the entrance. Again overall it’s a nice hotel, however I feel for the price and upcharges for every single thing is not worth the service we received. I would return in a pinch but it will not be one of my top choices in any circumstance.

The hotel itself was nice. Upon check in the staff asked of i was a Bonvoy member. She didn’t bother to check. It wasn’t until the next day when I saw a little gift bags I asked what are those four and they said for Bonvoy members so this other front desk person looked it up and I was. It was a bit funky. It was like they didn’t wanna give me this cheap gift bag with chips in it and I gave her my email and she looked it up and she said nothing and just gave me the bag but then I assumed I was cause I found my email, but it was really weird like they really did not seem helpful to help me find out if I was.

Me parecio un buen hotel, lo unico que no utilice el parqueo y me lo cobraron. Pero todo limpio, el personal muy amable.

i didn’t expect that from Marriott flagship. I guess I have to check out every properties report before I book it just the flagship name does not seem trustworthy. Bathroom sliding door was broken. can’t close it. Coffee maker was not working. At the time of check in staff run out of door key cards. We waited for 30 minutes Furniture was out dated.bed springs were making noise every turn. It was horrible. And I am gold Elite member of bon voy.

The biggest issue was staffing. There appeared to be only one person handling reception, the retail shop, concierge services, and phone calls. Since the hotel uses a single phone line for housekeeping, room service, and other guest requests, it often took a long time to reach someone or get assistance. This created unnecessary delays throughout our stay. The breakfast was also underwhelming. It was very basic, and during our three-day stay we only ever saw two staff members managing the breakfast area. On several occasions, items on the buffet ran out and were not replenished promptly. Another disappointment was the parking fee, which felt like an unnecessary extra charge given the overall experience. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On one day, our room was not serviced until around 6:00 p.m., despite us making repeated requests throughout the day. Basic amenities such as hand cream or body lotion were not provided, which seemed surprisingly stingy for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would not consider this a true 4-star hotel. The property itself is fine, but the lack of staff, poor service levels, and cost-cutting measures significantly detracted from the experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

Would not stay here again, I suggest someplace else. Unless you enjoy paying $15/day for parking, $12 for wifi, no included breakfast unless you are a Marriott member. In the lobby, there were flyers all over the place for the happy hour menu at the bar. Got excited that at least we could get $5 cocktails at 4:00. Went to the bar and ordered our drinks, bartender tells us they do not have happy hour and he has no idea why those flyers are out in the lobby? Extremely unpleasant experience all around. Just felt like everywhere you turned they wanted so much extra $. At least the rooms were clean.

My toilet seat was falling off. There was a water leak from the floor above in the bathroom shower but the front desk didn’t seem concerned (I was there a whole week), the carpet was really dirty. The stiffness super helpful though!

I mean I wish the breakfast in the parking was free However everything else was sustainable

On Expedia it says free breakfast, later we find out we have to be on some sort of lost to get free breakfast otherwise we have to pay.
