Holiday Inn Express Atlanta NE I-85 Clairmont by IHG

The room was decently clean. Dirty towels were taken, but clean towels were not left. The floor felt “gross.” The breakfast was mediocre and there were no forks for breakfast on day 2. The staff was truly wonderful.

The rooms are very clean. We had plenty of room.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good, just too much cheese on everything, just wasn't for me, but room and facility was very clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast not exactly home cooking but tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Manager apparently runs a tight ship.

Great hotel and wonderful service

We arrived well after midnight but the staff let us in right away and got us our room key. The next day we slept in and the staff gave us an extra hour to check out. The hallways and room were clean. There was drip in the shower faucet, but the staff said it would be fixed.

The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the staff was incredibly friendly, and there were free cookies!

The breakfast was excellent! The room was amazing and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. I also loved the coffee machine; the coffee was amazing.

Customer service at check in and check out Room 226 had music playing outside could sleep well. It plays all night.

Room was large; very clean. TV difficult to operate (although looks nice). Non-public WIFI was not operable. Difficult to say value-for-money at current price point plus deposit held for 2 weeks for no reason.

I did not like that our room wasn’t ready 2 hours after check-in with no phone call or notification. When asked for a discount or accommodation, we were denied. There was also hair left in the shower of our room. I do not recommend this location or staff.
