The staff was above and beyond professional-extremely nice. My hotel room was quiet. And it was walking distance from a trade show which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great if you want to be in downtown Atlanta. However, the coffershop and in-room coffee maker are terrible. The food service, which is advertised, is not available.

Checked in after 3pm and room was not ready. Iron board broken. Bed skirt torn. No microwave in room, so don't bring back leftovers. Had to Valet at $55 a day.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Ellis! Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly. I had aa premium room and it was a great size and super comfortable. The location was also very walkable to nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and transit spots.

The Staff was exceptional, location was great for the event I attended. Softness on the bed I loved and walking distant from restaurants The area for valet.
