Front desk lady was super nice but the facilities need to be cleaned wayyyyy better. Not bad for a 2 night quick stay but not for longer trips

The place was very comfortable on a budget. This stay was a last minute resort and I appreciate this place being available at a decent price.

Based on the brand & location we expected way more. The place needs a lot of attention. e.g Carpet, flooring, fixtures, paint, bath, updates, etc. Pool appeared to have been shut down for a good while. Tub delaminating. No in room coffee. Had to move furniture to view TV. Place just needs some care and lots of improvements. Guessing a franchisee is near giving up on the property. Good location for mid & North Atlanta access.

This hotel wasn’t maintained at all. The room hallways are nasty with stains everywhere, the room stained, floor peeling up, stains on the walls ceiling and lamps. The couch pullout was broken. There were roaches in the bathroom. Staff did not assist with any issues and had attitudes.

However the young lady that checked us in was super friendly, sweet, and pleasant.

Room smelled of mold there were bugs microwave didn't work staff not on the same page with one another tube dirty having to pay for bath towels and haven't received my 100 amenities deposit. The website and the rooms look totally different false advertising. I will never book here again!!

I didn’t like anything Not clean,smelled bad,no changed out towels,had to use the same towels the whole stay,roaches,property was nasty inside and outside,the workers was not polite

The hotel was dirty, smelled terrible, & had roaches. We tried a different room. It was worse. Although it was supposed to be non smoking another guest walked through the lobby with a lit cigarette while i was trying to change rooms. After the roach on the wall in the second room we decided to leave. The front desk clerk apologized then told me I would have to contact Expedia to get a refund. This turned out to be a lie because I had used the "pay at hotel" option. They took the payment and only they could reverse it. The manager was standing silently next to her as I spoke to her & she told this falsehood. The support agent at Expedia tried multiple times to call the hotel. I also tried multiple times but they did not answer the phone. I finally had to contact my credit card agency to dispute the charge.

When I arrived to the Hotel the lady at the counter said there were NO rooms and she didn’t

Entire place smells like weed

The price Thera was broken draws in the cabinets . The fan in the bathroom made a rattling noise . You had to time the door just rite to open it . Otherwise it wouldn’t open . They charged to change towels. #the pool wasn’t open . There was no ice machine . When we got off the elevator there was garbage cans spilling over first thing you saw when you came out of elevator. There was also no blow dryer .

As soon as I checked in, I went to inspect the room and immediately returned to the front desk. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and the room itself smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite my requesting a non-smoking room. Because the condition of the room did not meet my expectations, I asked for a refund, checked out immediately, and left the hotel.

First of all at a certain time there is no one in the lobby and you need to use a phone to call an attendant to come to the lobby and check you in. That was a 15 minute wait. Then the hotel room smelled like someone was smoking. The shower did not have a curtain and there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. That tells you someone was smoking.

It was not clean at all. When we got off the elevator there were 2 full trash cans with gnats swarming perforating the hallways. The floors were nasty, the remote wouldn't work and nobody at the desk to inform of it. Drawers and bathroom door missing
