Felt a little underwhelming for the price. But it was a beautiful hotel. And the staff were great and helpful.

Property was clean After checking out of the property I noticed I had forgotten my jewelry inside of my room safe so I went back to retrieve my items and was told the room was now occupied and they can’t Disturb there guests. So I would have to come back another day. I refused to leave without my property and called the police. The manager a white woman was very dismissive and gave racist vibes. Only after calling the police the manager decided get some staff to go up and retrieve my property. The jewelry was still inside the safe was the only good outcome. I won’t stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was so good with so many items to choose from and we enjoyed the location since we were visiting the ballpark and GA Aquarium.

Everyone was a pleasure! We missed our overseas flight and got stuck here in Atlanta but the JW Marriott in buck head helped made our stay a complete pleasure. We thank all of the staff immensely.

Really good hotel. Food is amazing. Very convenient to the Lenox Mall. Everything was good. Only minor problem was that parking was included in our reservation and they try to charge separately. Even after we show that was included, it was still in the bill. They were nice to remove without more questions but we had to be careful and check the bill.

The room cleaning was late during the day. Usually, people leave in the morning and except their rooms cleaned at that time. We had to request early cleaning specifically the next day to get it cleaned on time.
