Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center

We stay for a day for Dragon.con it was a nice room but having to pay for overnight parking is ridiculous $45 if your staying at the hotel it should be free not charging an exorbitant amount!!

The only thing I didn't like is that we traveled in one car and had 2 rooms and they charged me $50 for parking for each room even I had only one car.

The staff was so nice and super helpful being I never been to atlanta before. And even asked if I needed help finding anything local.

Be careful to make a reservation. It does not include parking and parking in the hotel is extremely expensive.

The highlight the bed was comfortable, their carpets in the hallway are a nice vibrant red color but smelt stuffy. There was mold in the ceiling of the room, mold on the wall of the balcony, the a/c OMG, IT WAS LOUD I could barely sleep! It sounded like a truck in the room at nights! The restaurant has a fruit fly issue when sitting at the bar for drinks. The room had no fridge, I wish I knew these rooms don’t come with a basic necessity!! No housekeeping unless requested. The check in staff was nice friendly and welcoming! The check out staff was very unwelcoming. The location is nice but I would not stay here! You can’t even get basic on site coffee past 10 am except in the room which I don’t trust since it’s moldy. They should have a basic coffee machine if they can have vending machines. I would recommend staying here if you are on a tight budget and no money

The property was nice, but my biggest complaint was not having a refrigerator in my room at work. I was so disappointed that there was not a refrigerator and my daughter was with me who is breast-feeding and was forced to dump all of her breastmilk. This is a great inconvenience as breast-feeding is difficult enough and they are not being able to store. The breastmilk was very disappointing. I called down to the front desk to ask for another refrigerator and was told they did not have any. Very disappointed with the hotel like this in Buckhead you would think something is similar. The refrigerator would come working in a room.

The rooms are pretty big and location is great.

Great front desk staff, went above and beyond to make my stay better. Nice amenities and location. Especially Kay, she was awesome and patient handling other anxious guessed. Nothing.

Front desk staff were accommodating yet the fake kind of friendly that you can tell that they still have underlying attitude and don't want to be there. Pretty much everyone I saw on housekeeping was super friendly and maintenance as well.

I like the location and the hotel Staff never come to clean the room or gave us clean towels and you got to pay for parking every day that you're there
