The hotel was beautiful but the pictures made it look bigger than it actually is.

Absolutely remarkable property with staff who were beyond kind and a glorious restaurant which we enjoyed deeply. The beds were are also like clouds!!!

I liked the property and the location. Looked posh and elegant. The staff was very helpful. There was a slight glitch in my room and they quickly compensated me with a waiver of some bills from the room. I did not ask for that but that felt great and also they fixed the issue. The bar/restaurant is closed at 10pm and that was a turn off. I hope they keep it open till late. Facilities were great. The staff helped me with my transportation as well for my onward journey to Tennessee. They had a small but a beautiful garden which made our photos look good :) Restaurant/bar early closure

My wife and I decided to spend Mother’s Day at the Waldorf Astoria, and even though we live less than a mile away, it felt like we had escaped to a completely different world. From the moment we arrived, the level of luxury, attention to detail, and hospitality was exceptional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, and dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Every interaction reinforced why the Waldorf Astoria is known for excellence. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with five-star service and elegance at every turn. We left feeling refreshed, celebrated, and already looking forward to our next stay.

Service at the Waldorf Astoria was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel maintains a very welcoming environment. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The gym was clean with towels and water bottles on all workout equipment. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return.

Close to Lenox and Phipps Malls I didn’t get some important information when I checked in, such as Wi-Fi or checkout time. The valet ticket doesn’t tell you how to call for your car. The concierge service was so-so; they didn’t answer the phone when I called with questions. One staff member told me to stop taking pictures with my “professional camera” (I was using a Cannon Powershot, that is a normal camera, totally inappropriate).
