Hotel Colee, Atlanta Buckhead, Autograph Collection

This hotel is located in a convenient area, which is why I chosed to stay there. However, the hotel did not meet my expectations. The beds are not comfortable, and the shower was not aesthetically pleasing. All the towels were dingy, and there was a lingering smell in the hallway. The elevator carpets are disgusting. The Roof Top club is real. Hotel staff and Security were great!

Beautiful and clean rooms, nice location, with great amenities. Will recommend and return.

If, however, you are a traditional person looking for the usual hotel for a restful night, then this is NOT the place.

The property was nice, but we had an inoperable fridge. We informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. As a result, we had to throw out all our perishables.

My stay was truly amazing from start to finish, and I’d still give it a perfect 10/10. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to unwind, with a great atmosphere and wonderful vibes that made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Some of the highlights of our stay included super clean rooms, very cold AC, the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel room, super comfy bedding, dimmable lights and five star reception service. Definitely will be coming back!

Great Breakfast Friendly Staff and very clean rooms

During my two-night stay, I noticed a strong musty odor in my room that appeared to be caused by moisture or possible water damage in the wall. I immediately requested a room change, but I was told the hotel was at full capacity. Instead, an air purifier was placed in my room. While I appreciate the attempt to address the issue, the machine was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, my room was directly beneath the rooftop club, where loud music continued until around 3:00 a.m. Between the room condition, the constant noise, and the air purifier running all night, I got very little rest. After returning home, I became sick. I can’t say with certainty that it was related to the room, but the timing was concerning given the conditions I experienced. On top of everything else, my Alo shirt went missing during my stay. The hotel has stated they are conducting another search, and if it isn’t found, I’ll have to go through their claims process for reimbursement. To the hotel’s credit, management did refund one night’s room rate and tax after reviewing my concerns, which I appreciate. However, I don’t believe one night’s refund fully reflects the overall experience. A guest shouldn’t have to choose between staying in a damp, noisy room or losing sleep because there are no other rooms available. I hope management follows through on resolving my missing property

Everything about my stay was 10/10 overall perfect. Valet was always on time when I requested ahead. Food was amazing. The hallways can get a bit noisy at night but that’s not on The Colee. I will definitely stay again soon.

The staff were so helpful and made sure I had a wonderful stay. If I come back to Atlanta I will definitely make another reservation here!
