When stopping in downtown Atlanta - NOBU is the place to stay. Great staff, great food, wonderful experience.

I loved dining at Nobu in the evening. Restaurant was lively and the food was delicious.

My wife, active duty Air Force who flew in from Germany days prior to our stay to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary with me, Marine Corps, Retired disabled veteran. My wife at 4am August 2nd been denied for hour to enter her room by staff. She was unable to reach me at the time. Staff made no attempts to contact me with an issue. Z checked us in to the hotel together on August 1st. We called mutiple times to front desk to repor the matter but our room phone was not working, and calls made by cell phone were answered with messages left each time but never received a single call back, we were ignored. This complaint will be sent to BBB and posted online. Very disappointed in the treatment we recieved by this hotel staff. This incident ruined our anniversary.

And we needed to ask for early housekeeping since the room had not been serviced by 4:00 our first day, which was remedied after that. In terms of the property itself, it needs a bit of a facelift. The Formica counters on the sink were cracking and there was some minor wear and tear. Otherwise, I would have given the property a higher overall rating.

Great staff

We had a great time! It was clean and the customer service was top tier. There were some electrical issues with the light. For example, the bathroom light switch didn't work and we had the use the light in the bedroom to operate the bathroom light. Also, the water fountain in the bathroom was loose. Other than that, we had a good time.

The location was great, the gym was nice and the bedroom was comfortable. Guest services took too long to answer phones, housekeeping was inconsistent and I often had to repeatedly ask for room to be cleaned. Sometimes they didn’t come at all. The restaurant also didn’t accommodate or give preferential treatment to guests.

The staff is so warm and helpful.
