I booked through Expedia. I arrived at the hotel only to be met with there were no rooms available. I got no call nor email. Not sure if this is Expedia’s fault or hotels for lack of communication. However the host this day did quick work at getting me into a decent room and the rest of the stay was pretty good.

The place was ok. The Wi-Fi ended up being the issue where we could not access anything. There was also a smell in the room.

Stayed on the fifth floor and they had a lot of roaches in the room. I saw 3 small roaches and saw them the night we moved in. Checking in was difficult because the card machine to make payment did not work so I had to wait until the morning to go back and pay for my room.

The beds are comfortable Didn't like the carpet smell throughout the hallway areas. It smells old. Please correct the carpet smells.

Some discrepancies with none of the laundry machines working and seeing roaches crawling over my food smashing them while cooking I think they came out because of the food smell otherwise the room is very clean.

Dear Sir, I endured a very unsatisfactory stay at this place, which can only be described as a disgusting hovel. Upon my arrival, which admittedly was late, 7.15pm to be precise, and I had messaged ahead to say that I would be late arriving (in fact I said I expected to arrive at c.7.15pm!), I was told by reception that my reservation had been cancelled. When I enquired as to who had cancelled the booking, the receptionist put the blame squarely on Booking.com, but to be fair to you, that was a blatant lie because when the receptionist called your office, the first message said that the booking was live/confirmed. Anyway, after almost two hours, it was agreed that the booking would be cancelled, I’d get a refund, and that I have to book again at reception which ended up costing me more. I actually spoke to a young lady in the other end of the phone, but she just rudely hung up on me because she had no answers to my questions as to how I’d ended up in such a situation, none of which, was of my making. To be fair, the receptionist, Rasheedah, did go out of her way to help and she was very patient when trying to get through to Booking.com. I have no complaints to make about that kind young lady, nor her colleagues who I dealt with, at all. However, the door handle to my room was broken and when you look at the images, I am about to add, of the bed, well I’ll let you decide whether you think another refund is due. In short though, the bed was broken and I had to sleep in a manner that meant I didn’t end up on the floor. You couldn’t make this up. Standard of cleanliness, location (too far outside of Atlanta)m standard of accommodation.

My experience was bad; the room had many cockroaches and was dirty. The furniture was old and smelled bad, and the room itself smelled of marijuana. The bathroom was dirty, the bed smelled bad, and the bathroom door had a hole in it, as if it had been punched.

Staff was good for communication but property was not clean. You will feel smoke near to lift area and before entering your room. I had requested for Crib during reservation but they denied that they don't provide Crib. Please arrange your own breakfast as they provide only Coffee, Muffin, 2-3 Packed item etc. They didn't provide utensils and when I requested lot of items were not available and I got only some Plates, spoon, Pan etc. which I had to carry from their store room to my room. Please plan accordingly if you are planning with kids.
