Decent location but wow, this hotel is really uncomfortable. The couch, chair, dining chairs are all extremely uncomfortable. Bed was way too firm. Pillows were awful. We were not comfortable at all in this room. The TVs were also not good. Both kept freezing. The living room tv could not turn off/on or adjust volume with remote, and it kept losing signal.

Front desk was very friendly, Christel I believe was her name. Elevator was broken

The staff was so amazing! Genuinely friendly and ready to help. Enjoyed the breakfast taco bar, I've never seen taco options at a hotel before so it felt really unique. Only complaint was my room was pretty humid.

The entire stay was great! The breakfast was better than most small buffet breakfast. The rooms were large and very nice. The only negative was having to pay for parking but it did not take away from our stay.

The property was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful the ones who understood English. Note being able to get house keeping after we leave the room.

The hotel is conveniently located. Near Lenox Mall. Clean and The rooms are very nice. With a mini kitchen. I stayed here several times and will stay again. They charge for parking now but that’s okay. Parking was free before.

All the furniture were very uncomfortable and the free breakfast was just that, free, undercooked and no flavor. Ice maker in fridge didnt work, ice maker on 1st floor was OOO, no sprite to purchase, had to pay to park AT the hotel, fees were supposed to be waived but I still got charged. Pool was very small and didnt see any flow, was the pump and filter even on?
