La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Airport South

friendly staff. property needs maintenance. lobby is inadequately air conditioned. rooms are warm upon arrival. must turn on air conditioning and wait for room to cool down. beds are comfortable.

The property is older and parking is located in the back. I slept here for one night, so not too much of an inconvenience. The tub was dirty.

I was really impressed with this place. What a pleasant surprise it was. I’ll definitely stay here again someday.

The place should shut down

Hotel reception staff were helpful & pleasant. Quiet location despite proximity to the airport. Breakfast was a disappointment. Unappetising as it had obviously been sat there for a while. Paper plates, plastic knives & forks & an unhelpful, uninterested chef!

Location to the airport is convenient and they have shuttle.

This place was okay for a quick trip. I would not stay there for a week. It was very old and not a lot of room service. I called one night and no one answered the phone. I was told to come downstairs to get my towels. It was not a great experience and I will never stay there again. The breakfast guy was cursing and had a bad attitude about the toaster not working. Please fix things so people may have a great breakfast experience.

Disgusting, find another hotel. Pasta stuck on the wall of our room. Broken TV no one would come by to fix. 2 towels for 3 people. 1980s AC that hasn't been cleaned in over a decade. Mold several areas of the hotel. Overflowing trash cans everywhere. Cigarette butts floating in the pool. Hair in the breakfast buffet eggs. 1 broken luggage trolley for the entire hotel. The staff does NOT care an ounce. Seriously DO NOT stay here...absolutely gross, LaQuinta should be ashamed of this hotel. I've stayed in many, because I have a dog. Never seen one like this!!!!

Will never stay at this hotel again. The only thing I can say is staff was kind. Rooms are terrible and need to be updated and cleaned thoroughly.

The ice machine was broken in both locations. The tv in the room never worked. The bathroom was nasty. The room wasn’t cleaned. We saw a few big bugs in the room and in the breakfast area. Breakfast was awful the bagel had no way to be warmed. The juice was in a broken refrigerator it was super hot. The milk was in a syrup dispenser. The room was HOT the lobby was hot. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Shower was dirty. Staff was rude and nasty about giving towels and wash clothes. The Staff was out front smoking marijuana.

The WORSE hotel I’ve ever checked-in near the Atlanta Airport. When I say I checked-in and didn’t say stayed in it because we didn’t stay!!!

It is a dump. So worn & in need of renovation. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. But the bed was clean & comfortable & it was quiet. It served my purposes as a last-minute late night arrival stay after a flight delay, but I would not stay here again.

The sink was leaking, the toilet has been leaking so long that when you step on the bathroom floor water puddles under your feet. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff was nice. The room was nice, but the bathrooms were very run down: the caulking all around the bathroom was brown, there was a roughly patched hole in the wall, the metal piece behind the shower head was hanging loose and the handle to turn the water on in the shower was loose. My daughter and I only stayed one night and for the price wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't have a longer stay here. Also their breakfast buffet had very limited options and didn't offer any juice. The carpet by the elevator wasn't clean at the time of our visit.

Let me first start by saying I am not one to leave reviews or complain, but if you are traveling with your family, especially kids, please find anywhere else. I have stayed at many La Quinta hotels in my travels, and this was no where near their standard. We were first assigned a smoking room which was not remotely tolerable. The front desk quickly reassigned the room to a non-smoking room which was appreciated. The new room, while did not smell like smoke, was disgusting. The sheets had blood stains and dirt in the bed. The bathroom was so gross, we opted not even to shower that night. We decided to all sleep on the pull-out couch bc the beds were so dirty. There were no linens available from the front desk. We identified that the door would not lock from the inside. Anyone could walk right in without a key. We had to have someone lock the door with the key card from the outside. To top it off, my daughters and I were startled awake at 3am to the sound of an animal with nails running across the floor. Not only is this place dirty, it’s not safe. Never again

Elevator was very sketchy to get on, waited for it to come up, and it took forever. Nothing felt taken care of or in good shape.

The property was incredible! I had booked my room online. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that there wasn’t a room available. Consequently, I didn’t have the opportunity to stay there. Nevertheless, it appears to be a fantastic place to stay.

I have stayed in La Quinta for many years and it was always good. We found hairs and stains in three rooms, bathrooms were nasty. Finally we were luckily to make a reservation at the Hyatt.

Smell of mildew asked for a refund it’s been a week still going back n forth with third party trying to get my money back

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet what we've come to expect from La Quinta hotels. The bathroom was in poor condition. We were only given two towels, even though we had a reservation for four adults. When we called reception for more towels, they said we would have to wait more than two hours and then go to the reception desk to get them. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30 am, but when we went down to breakfast at 8:40 am, there was no coffee or milk left. We asked the person in charge of the kitchen, and he rudely refused to help or offer any solution. He was also listening to music on his headphones and singing loudly, disrupting the peace of breakfast.
