The pictures on the internet were nice got to the property it was dirty out dated and the staff was rude I will never book here again

Always clean , always kind , always a great stay . Thanks for all you do . The food options are good for breakfast , the pool is always clean , I love it here and I’ll continue booking them .

Absolutely disgusting. Very dirty room. Not sure if the bed had clean sheets. Pretty sure the floor hadn't been slept or moopped in a while. Layed towels on the floor for a way to walk without stuff sticking to your feet. Might have tried to remodel the room we were in but failed at doing so. Mini fridge wasn't working due to the big clump of ice on the inside. The only chair to sit in was broke and had tears in it. Definitely think twice about the pool, you can't see the bottom...

Location They steal your money when you prepay don’t give them your card Also 75% of the guests staying there appear to all leave there. I also spotted a lot of prostitutes!!

The property definitely needs to be updated, inside and out. Some of the staff was a little cold. The breakfast area was late opening a few days in a row. The beds were actually comfortable.

The floors were not clean the bathroom was like under repair or just broken the full facility just looked ran down

Nothing Breakfast was late. Elevator wasn’t working at checkout. Room was stale, smelled like smoke; the air conditioner was off when I entered. Previous guest’s shoe, left in room. Hotel needs to be upgraded!

The room was not cleaned before they gave it to us. Someone had used the shower, hair on wall, used soap, etc.. the bed was made but the sheets were clearly used or very warn. Held them up to the light and it looked like sweat spots. We ask to have new sheets which we put on ourselves because there was only 1 person working at the hotel. There was no option to change rooms. We slept in our clothes and left by 7am just to move on to our next destination. There was a cockroach in our family member's room. It was not a good experience at all. As I walked into the hotel, someone leaving actually said "good luck" and now I know why. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for something similar to a foreign country hostel.

Property was dirty, the elevator was broken, the staircase smelled like fecal matter. The bedsheets had spots and stains on them. Online they looked pretty good but in person that was not the case.
