At the pool we’re big and comfortable. The beach was beautifully maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Te restaurant was wonderful I expected so much less. Would love to go again and stay longer

The room was clean however, they need to finish construction before booking rooms at the current rate.

The hotel is gorgeous with modern, coastal vibes, located directly on the beach and offers stunning ocean views. We booked a king oceanfront corner room. The Guest Ambassador left a hand written note on our vanity, adding a personal touch. The room was surprisingly larger than expected, offering plenty of storage with a small closet, several drawers beneath a daybed, and a wardrobe. Obsessed with the vibe/decor. Of note, the couch and bed are quite close and the light over the coffee table hangs low. The coffee mugs provided are too small for a single Nespresso pod so you have to sip as it is brewing to avoid a mess. Accommodating staff and unparalleled customer service. Enjoyed beverages, brunch, and dinner at Coastal Farmer. Appreciated the ease of beach access with provided wrist bands, beach chairs, umbrella, and complimentary water bottles. The current con of this hotel is the construction. They make this wildly apparent when booking, so if you don’t want the inconvenience of construction do not book your stay here. However, I found the construction only mildly intrusive. Most of the work being done is in the lobby on the second floor and on the main floor. They did close down one of the elevators for renovation during the weekend, which I felt was the worse possible timing. Other than being down to one elevator, our stay was minimally affected by the ongoing construction. I look forward to seeing the lobby completed and enjoying the spa and fitness center.

The property was undergoing renovations that had taken longer than was anticipated. We were not aware that we were staying in a construction zone. There were unexcusable waits for the elevators (closing one completely for 'retiling' that took the entire weekend) while also blocking access to the stairs, the lack of gym facilities and the dangerous aspects of having construction hazards in hallways should have been considered. At the VERY LEAST, there should have been some reduction in rates (elimination of the resort fee might have been an idea) for customers who had to tolerate this situation.

The hotel was under renovation so I'm sure it will be nice when it's done.

I was thoroughly impressed, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Even though the hotel was undergoing renovation, every employee I encountered was gregarious, outgoing, extremely helpful and had a smile on their face. i've stayed in some of the world's finest establishments and willingly admit to being just a bit jaded. However, the way I was treated by the employees at this particular establishment was nothing short of exceptional. Please extend my sincere thanks to everyone there - they made my stay a pleasure.

Had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and new. Parts of the hotel are under construction but didn’t disturb our stay. The pool was next to the gate going to the ocean. Which was nice after being at the beach , go to pool , have a beverage. Staff set up chairs and umbrellas at beach. Hotel is situated within walking distance of lots restaurants and bars. Staff, valets were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed our stay!
