Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach

Carl at the front desk was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know to maximize the enjoyment of my stay. My suite was very clean, and quite large.

It was ok overall.

The doors and the door keys did not work. No jacuzzi as advertised. Bathtub was old- not advertised. The staff was really nice. Needs upgrades.

Very close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping within a close distance. We will definitely be back there!

We stayed at several hotels during our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed this one in comparison! It was clean, the staff was friendly, the coffee bar & lemon water in the lobby were perfect. Carl at the front desk had the absolute best personality and was so sweet and helpful. Overall, a great vibe and not too far of a walk to and from the beach! The pool and hot tub was nice as well and not too chlorinated, which we had a problem with at other hotels.

Not worth the price, rundown building, bathroom was dirty and the bed was horrible... Booked for 2 nights but left the next morning and found another !!

This is the second year our family has stayed here for July 4. The hotel is clean and has everything we need. The location to the beach is perfect. Well def be coming back!

Everything was good

It was close to the beach and shops restaurants and grocery stores.

The rooms were really clean, We loved The free breakfast In the mornings! The parking we did have to pay for every night we stayed but it's very secure. The staff were really nice and they always had beach towels for us every single day. The hotel is in a really good location not on the beach but you have to walk maybe like 2 minutes which we didn't mind at all. Overall everything was perfect we loved it and we would definitely come there again.

There was nothing that I could complain about.
