The pool is gross and looks like the tiles haven't been cleaned in months. The service at the restaurant is mediocre.. The cleaning service was great except they never gave me clean glasses. The valet service was great love that you can request your car easily using a link.

We rented two rooms. Upon arrival we were informed that our beach front rooms were given to others. They blamed it on a software problem. So no beach front for us. We requested our room to be serviced but it didn’t happen every day. Our balcony hurricane door was virtually impossible to lock so we left it unlocked but didn’t feel comfortable doing that.
