Nice hotel on the beach …. Clean room

The staff were very nice and the free breakfast was amazing.

Rooms were very clean with a beautiful ocean view. The palm trees and overall property is great. The Tides Restaurant & Bar has delicious food! The grouper sandwich in particular was great but please be mindful service is pretty slow. Pool is large with plenty of space to find an area to hangout. The hot tub is also fantastic. Very easy acces to the beach.

I had called the Expedia customer service line due to some issues arising such as non working TV, Room not really up to par of cleanliness no other oceanview rooms that we could switch too

The breakfast was discussing. The bathroom was run down and could have been cleaned better.

Second time staying here. I absolutely love the pool, bar, restaurant, decor in the rooms, and breakfast. Also, the staff is so wonderful. The room I was in this time was a little less clean than I like. The carpet was very dirty. Also, it would have been nice to know about the renovations in the lobby ahead of time.

Rooms were updated, pool was very nice and had drinks and food right there, made that perfect after traveling.

Access to the beach The property is under renovations and it wasn’t disclosed. The fire alarms kept going off, the pool side was nasty. The ac barely worked in the rooms.

The hotel is great. This was our second stay. The only thing I would say is they are doing renovations/remodel work so prepared. The pool is awesome and beach access is perfect. Staff is friendly.

We had a really fun time. The staff was welcoming, and the pool was fantastic. Right on the beach :)

2. Was supposed to have oceanfront and instead had “partial ocean view” that was mostly of dumpsters and other hotels. I called and asked. They told me it was “not our problem” and to “call booking.com to deal with it.” 3. My child got stuck in the elevator with two staff members. I expressed my concern. I was told “well we called the fire department.” 4. Our refrigerator didn’t work. I called/messaged 3 times about it. The maintenance man argued with me about it, said he’d bring another one, then never showed back up with one. 5. Beds were super hard

Breakfast is always good! I set my alarm to get up so I won’t miss it! The construction

Both TV remotes did not work - bad batteries. They could only find one set of batteries those batteries lasted about an hour. The tub does not have any slip guards.
