King ocean front suite with balcony was amazing. Right in the middle of great restaurants and bars.

Bad things… Hot water took forever to come out shower/sink. Pillows on bed terrible, zero support. Couldn’t figure out how to work the AC in room worked. No complimentary coffee in the morning.

Overly expensive with white trash everywhere. I lost count of how many intoxicated people were over served.

I didn’t like how thin the walls were. Our neighbors kept me and my family awake past midnight talking loudly and partying. Also, the shower door didn’t shut and water got all over the floor when we showered. The room was clean and smelled great!

I love this hotel. It’s always very clean and having caffe and restaurant in one building is definitely a plus. There are also multiple restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance.

Friendly and helpful staff!

The restaurants on-site were great but it would've been nice to have an actual breakfast on-site. A microwave in the room, that you don't have to rent, would've been a nice benefit. The pool was a bit small, so was pretty packed every day. Also, other hotels on the beach offered complimentary chairs/umbrellas which would be a great perk. Kinley at your front desk was amazing. Super helpful and very freindly!

Great experience!

The staff were all great, but the property layout doesn’t handle the traffic flow for afternoon check-in well. Cars coming into the drive block the valet entrance and exit to the parking garage and backed up into traffic. You have to go to the second floor to check in and there are only two elevators serving in the valet lobby for the whole hotel. We waited in line about ten minutes to take the elevator up to the second floor. Check in was a breeze, but back to the slow elevators to get up to the room on the 8th floor. The hallway’s weren’t air conditioned and smelled a bit. We grabbed a bit at the outdoor area off the bar. There was live music playing downstairs but it was really unintelligible because the house music was still playing, too. The food was mediocre, as expected, and not a good value for money. The room was great, and so was the rate through Expedia. I wouldn’t pay any more than we did, although we likely will not return.

Amazing Hotel!!!

Great staff, gorgeous views. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. If you stay here, make it a point to visit the Landshark Bar downstairs. Also shoot for the oceanfront rooms, you can't beat the view of that sunrise over the water.

Every hotels has microwave in the room but margaritas don’t. If you like to have microwave you have to pay extra. They clean our room every second or third day. This is big concern for me. We had a lot trash in our room and didn’t come to pick up at our trash.

Room was clean. Room was nice. Beach was nice.

That’s when we noticed the amount of filth in this place! So bad that I took pics! The shower head was so gunked up the water barely came out. Grabbed a towel only to find it used already! There was hair stuck to the sides of the shower. Mold in the air vents, rug under the beds was badly stained. The mattresses felt like bags of rocks! Hard and very uncomfortable. Upon leaving the rooms, we saw a roach bug crawling on the hallway wall right outside our door! I took a video! We went to the front desk but the lady said we would have to take it up with hotels.com Hotels.com said nothing they can do because manager of hotel refuses refund or even discount because “we stayed the entire nite”! With little ones and lots of stuff to bring into the room, we just didn’t notice these things til morning! The place is NASTY!! I have video/photo proof!
