Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach

Nice place right on the beach (win!). Loved the Key West decor, comfy firm bed, balcony. Staff was super kind, especially Brittany (?). Balcony needed some scrubbing and sliding door tracks, too. Nothing big enough to cause detraction. Valet Team was awesome! Had a fabulous stay! Many thanks!

We stayed here for 3.5 days in Room 631. This was our 4th time staying at the hotel, and while the location was perfect and the staff were super friendly and helpful in trying to fix issues, the property should be in much better shape for a hotel that is only 5 years old and given the price point. Upon entering our room, we found a wet, brown substance all over the floor that was seeping up through the floorboards. John at the front desk confirmed he was aware of the issue, stating it was glue melting from underneath the flooring. We had to lay down multiple towels to keep from slipping and tracking it across the room. Maintenance set up a fan/humidifier, but it only made the issue worse. Barn Door Danger: The bathroom barn door track was falling off the wall. While I was trying to open it, the door detached completely and almost fell on me. I had to yell for my husband, and it took both of us to hoist the heavy door back onto the track. Room Cleanliness: The bed sheet had a visible hole/tear, the nightstand had dark black rings left behind by the lamp base, and the bathroom faucet leaked a black residue onto the counter whenever it was used.The rest of the property showed a similar lack of upkeep: The hallways were constantly full of debris and never vacuumed during our entire stay. We even noticed cigarette butts sitting right next to the housekeeping station for over 24 hours. Lobby couch cushions were covered in food crumbs. The pool chairs were ripped, torn, and unsafe.

Rooms are clean. Staff are very good, especially at check in. Very friendly! Loved the view!

Beach access is great, balcony is great. Everything was great and I hope to visit again.

The resort was nice but for some reason my shower water wouldn’t warm up so I took some cold showers.

Always exceptional. This is our family’s go to destination while visiting Jax. We absolutely love it!!!

Beautiful hotel and location.The elevators were slow,one didn’t work part of the time.Valet parking was inconvenient.

Location on beach was nice and close to many dining options. The room safe didn’t work, the Keurig was not functional, there weren’t any washcloths and no hair dryer so I left with wet hair!

Room and staff excellent

We asked for another room and were told it would be an additional $1,167. We said no thank you. We then had some electrical issues and complained again and were transferred to another room on the other side of the hotel. That room was perfect and we had no further issues and a pleasant stay. Request a room on the north side of the hotel.

Beautiful stay and friendly staff! My only issue is that I was told the deposit would be $120 but it ended up being $100 per night (so it was $300) which caused me to have a lot less budget for my trip. So I just wish there was clear communication on that when I originally booked but other than that it is worth it. Its right on the beach, they have karoke and live music and stuff, and the staff is very helpful.

Beautiful hotel on the beach! Staff was helpful and wonderful we only stayed one day due to hopping on a cruise however we would definitely stay again!

My lights in my room didn’t work correctly. They came to fix them but they went back out and we just said forget it. The remote control didn’t work and they brought another up and it still didn’t work properly.

I traveled alone for a weekend of R & R and Margaritaville Beach Hotel at Jacksonville Beach delivered just that! Looking forward to a return trip!

Love it will return .however hated the extra fee for parking should come in the room fee but overall great experience
