Element Jacksonville Beach

I love that the beach is within walking distance. Cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was amazing. I watched the chef cater to people. He made me a loaded French toast. The only negative was paying $15 for parking. Thank you to Daphne, Emily, and Mr. Chef for the five ⭐️ service.

Took my kids here for a beach break. Enjoyed the hotel ! They were very clean. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed at . They offered happy hour every evening . Beer and wine. We also utilized using their free bikes to ride down the boardwalk. So many bars and restaurants walkable to the hotel. Would def stay here again.

Loved our room. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed. Property is newer with nice new amenities like fitness room, and front lobby. Very comfortable bed and shade made the room perfectly dark for us to sleep in. 5 minute walk to the beach n. Highly recommend!

There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. Not only did they not cancel the reservation as would have been completely in their right to pet policy, they were completely understanding and reassuring. Jaime and Corey are exactly what hospitality should be. They reflect the principles and values of the industry and regardless of what I asked for, they were responsive and accommodating. I had to extend my reservation and they not only had absolutely no problem keeping me in the same incredible room, they also made sure there was no increase in my rate. I travel for business all the time and stay in some of the nicest hotels in the industry, Element is right there at the top. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else, regardless of how upscale or nice another hotel may or may not be, as long as I’m coming to Jacksonville, I’m staying at Element. Thank you guys.

Very clean and in a great location. Booking third party means you may not get the best room location though, I rebooked an ocean view room directly after arriving and discovering this.

The staff here were incredible!! Showed up and they were fully booked. She called someone and got me a room! What a great location. Food, beach, venues you can walk all day from this spot and enjoy a weekend!
