Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville Beach by IHG

nice breakfast buffet - clean and comfortable room - ample parking

Exceptional

Everything was great. Our handicap accessible room was perfect for my wheelchair bound husband.

Good

Entire stay was excellent 👌👍

Everything was right

Bathroom could have nicer towels rather than sandpaper. Pillows on beds need to be firmer.

Cleanliness, the staff was very friendly and polite

Great place to stay

The room was nice and clean The main thing about this hotel that I didn't care for was the fact that it was only one elevator in the entire building well there was two but only one elevator was working. It's a very large hotel and we had to walk a long way to get to our room. We were located near the stairs but once I went down the two flights of stairs, I was met with the fire exit door, so I had to go back up the stairs and then precede to take the long walk back to the elevator.

The room was nice, clean and very comfortable!! Thanks 😊

Location and breakfast was a plus Stayed2 nights asked for the room to be refreshed the second day. Housekeeping made the beds but didn't change the sheets which was not cool. The shower could have been cleaned better and was unable to use the tub because it was dirty on the bottom portion of the tub. Overall location was great it was also safe and peaceful breakfast was a bonus.

It was close to a lot of shops and restaurants The pool was small

We had a nice time. No complaints. Everything was clean and the breakfast was better than most places.

Clean A/c set and could not adjust. Extremely cold no blanket in room. Unable to contact front desk by phone to request blanket. No one on duty in housekeeping. Insufficient light in bathroom. Had to use mirror in foyer. No one on duty in maintenance to fix,, could not get lamp due no one in housekeeping. No coffee pot in room and despite trips to lobby, unable to request pot. Only one person working front desk and there was always a line .tried two times. No soap available except Dove products. Allergic to preservative in Dove products. No one in housekeeping to locate other soap. Manager out of town. No one left in charge. Only staff available was desk clerk.could not get answer at front desk. Tried twice for more then an hour each attempt. Reservation was not honored. When requested room as requested and confirmed, was told hotel full.

Very good

The TV went out several times and the power went out when perfectly sunny outside. The evening staff was inconsiderate. When coming in from a raging storm he was blocking the entrance and said nice weather huh. We were carrying in our dinner and were soaked!

Broken ice machine on my floor.
