Breakfast was lovely, staff helpful, room excellent...but we had roaches

This is such a great property! The pillows and the sheets were high thread count! Literally slept amazing! I loved the separate sitting area has two large tv’s in the room with two long mirrors for getting ready! Right on the beach and the pool and the hot tub and fire pit! Almost a 10/10 but the restaurant doesn’t open until 5 pm :((((

Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent. The gym was closed and the pool is smaller than implied in the photos. The lady at breakfast was particularly helpful. The air conditioning sent freezing air blasting across the bed!

I had no consistent WiFi services in my room during my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Everyone was amazing. This will be my new Jacksonville hotel.

Fridge in room didn’t work. Missing batteries in tv remote. Patio furniture was filthy. HVAC unit so loud it’s impossible to hear the oceanfront waves from the patio. Had to pay daily for parking! Food/restaurant app didn’t work. Overall our stay wasn’t worth the money spent.

Great stay as always

I booked the executive suite with the jetted tub for my birthday through Expedia and when I got there the hotel staff didn’t even know I had booked the executive suite. They were trying to put me in a regular king room, so I got them to find me an executive suite. Keep in mind the ONLY reason I booked the hotel is cause I wanted the jetted tub I was so happy to relax finally. I get to my room there’s no tub at all, the bathroom is the size of a closet. I call Expedia and explain I already had trouble even getting a suite and now I don’t have a tub that I specifically paid extra money to book, I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service and there was zero resolution. I go to the front desk and the lady there is like we already talked to Expedia , there’s no rooms and my supervisor said we aren’t giving u a partial refund or anything for the inconvenience. The supervisor never spoke to me, the agent was like do u want me to get them? He’s gonna say the same thing. My thing is why not contact me as the supervisor if u know im waiting for a reply. Expedia and the 4 points Sheraton did not honor my booking I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Then when I came back couldn't remember checking me in 5 minutes earlier and asked for my credit card a second time. Which I know it went through the first time so why couldn't he see it in his computer?

My big complaint is with check in staff. I asked for a regular room and got a handicapped room. It had the buzzer at the front door and many handrails in the bathroom for the toilet and shower. The bolt lock did not work. Only one key worked. It also happened to me the stay before this one, to get a handicapped room.

Balcpny view was great. Hotel was nice. Room size was good. Friendly staff. Outside location to sit. Pool area small.
