Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

Very nice room for the price. My only beef is that the room air conditioner vents onto the balcony. It made the balcony almost unusable unless we turned off the room air conditioner.

Very clean, nice and helpfulhouse keepers, great beachview. my favorite place to stay. the police monitor the area so I feel safe. And they allow my toy yorkie

I must say I have no complaints. Everything was superb. A little bumping from the neighbors but that's to be expected. My room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I give this place a 10/10 and I will be back with my family.

Hotel is very clean and in a perfect location. The beach is easily accessible and restaurants, grocery options, and a pharmacy are very close.

Family of 5 traveling for a mixture of sports and fun. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained and the hotel was perfectly situated on the beach and within a very short walk of multiple restaurants. Our only comment is that the hotel food was pretty terrible and I would not recommend eating there. The bar/drinks were fine, but the food seemed like it was frozen or pre-packaged and kept in a vending machine and then just thawed our or plopped onto a plate for serving. It was also very expensive given what it was. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, but just go eat somewhere else nearby.

The view was amazing! Everyone was lovely! Room was spotless.

Great location, very helpful friendly staff, breakfast was excellent. The lobby, pool and weight room were very nice. Big dislike, the air conditioner and parking. The air conditioner was so loud that you had to turn the TV up to almost full blast. The vents are right beside the TV and balcony door so it's unavoidable. Adding to this is the exhaust of the AC is on the small balcony, which makes the balcony so hot you can barely stand to be outside. We had to turn the AC off to be able to stand on the balcony without roasting, which in turn warmed up the room. The parking situation is ridiculous. Self parking in a parking lot that is not covered or secure is bad enough then add a $20 a day fee to use it and in my opinion, you have a little case of lunacy. This is a pretty nice hotel and we were already paying almost $300 a night so why tack on another $20 just to park in "their" parking lot. To us it was just not a good look.

Location Location Location. right on the beach close the the pier for fishing. The front desk was very helpful getting me the best room and after finding a pair of pants I had left behind. The bartender was talkative and made a good drink. I would definitely stay her again
